Coventry Away (13th January Saturday 3pm KO)
KrefelderFox666 replied to dnewty's topic in Ticket News and Travel
The thing will be that there might be 2,000 within 19 points (501-519) but only 1,500 within 40 points (520-559). We just can't tell how weighted each bracket is. Points alone might not be an accurate indicator if you see what I mean -

As it stands this is quite possible. Depends how many sit in the 501+ band. I reckon a few 100 may make it. -
Tricky one. I would take Daka/Iheanacho starting but no one better than Vardy coming off the bench when defenders are tired. Cannon hard to judge as he has had next to no game time.

I think I have just been sick in my mouth.

Loads left. I expected this to make 501+ and I still expect it to make this comfortably. It might even hit All STH's. -

2016 just called...

There is absolutely no denying that what happens on the pitch will influence the crowd in general (obvious examples are goals, or attacking/quick play etc.). And it is natural that when the opposition get into good positions, people get edgy or hold their breath. However, in order to avoid "awkward silences" (or just quiet periods), there must be organised support to get things going and push the team on. Yesterday was a good example after Millwall scored in stoppage time and we were trying to see the game out. Naturally, fans would be edgy and probably stay quiet. In the section we were pushing just a simple chant that is easy to follow along with and even though not everyone joined in for the whole 4 minutes or whatever, it kept going and got loud at various points (e.g. we clear it or win a freekick). So in summary, both are accurate. The spontaneous atmosphere but also some sort of organised/fabricated atmosphere where the fans take the first step and try to motivate the players. The manager has asked for this in many of his press conferences/interviews and he has spoken about closing out games and needing the fans to help with that. Long story short, I am agreeing with your post!

Just need to contact the club and they can let you know what seats/areas are available. Then there is a £5 charge. However, the club also mentioned in a pre-season meeting we had with them, that people can ask to relocate for a single game (almost like a try before you buy). Obviously the later this is done the less seats available. As far as I know, this is not charged. If anyone is thinking about relocating, then best bet is to get in touch with the club and either ask for a trial at a game, or take the dive and relocate permanently.

I would say it gets to 501+. Definitely not All STH's. -
I thought yesterday was very good in the section, even further back there was decent involvement (which hasn't always been the case). By the end of the game I was out on my feet but it was worth it knowing we ground out a win and Enzo and the players seemed to appreciate where the noise was coming from. A thorough success.

We charge £35 for top games, £30 for the "lesser" games. £37 is just what Cov charge their big teams, was to be expected. -
How many people have priority points
KrefelderFox666 replied to Charlie35's topic in Ticket News and Travel
This. If I would have been 2 years later in getting a ST I would be at the bottom priority rather than top. The system needs to be fairer to those who haven't had a ST for 10 years. -
From the last conversations with the club, they basically said it's about finding the right time to hit the go button. Things that are considered are current high material costs (but inflation is starting to drop) and the fact we had just been relegated. So considering those factors, and assuming we don't collapse and fail to get promoted, starting as soon as possible would be prudent.

From what I know and hear on here, players tend to arrive several hours before the match. Probably around 4 hours before and they probably arrive bit by bit spaced out. Apparently your best bet is to wait post match (around an hour after FT) but with it being a night game, that will undoubtedbly be too late in this instance.

They didn't when Cov came here and equally Birmingham got a full allocation. So I would be surprised if we don't get the full 4,000 -
In theory yes. In reality the Swansea game is moved due to one/both of us participating in the FA Cup. That would make it midweek at some point.

Too many to count. There are more available than sold. Loads of standing available too. I assume Block 119 hasn't even been on sale yet? This will make members comfortably and it might even go to booking history if the club do it. -

Pegguy Arphexad and Theodoros Zagorakis. What do I win?

If I am not mistaken it just obstructs your view of the opposite stand (so you don't see the top of it). Which isn't really a big deal. -
Not really true. There are a lot stuck in the All STH bracket as they haven't had a ST for 10 years. Almost impossible for them to catch up and not many games drop down to All STH level this season. The system needs to be fairer and requires changes (been discussed many times in here so let's not re-open that discussion in here) but the club don't care.

Birmingham got 4,000 at £37 each. We should get the same. -

In theory, 4,500 roughly.
