  1. Fully with you that we boast a terrific defensive record but we shouldn't compare to PL football last year. Completely different quality of opponents. We should just look at this season in isolation and it's a very good record. A lot of it is down to how we play and team performance rather than having the best individual defenders in the league, and that's how it should be.
  2. I thought rugby was on DAB and football on FM when they clash?
  3. Tigers are at home on the Saturday so we will be Friday, Sunday or Monday.
  4. I would lean more to saying unlikely. 520+ will be the final bracket it gets to in my opinion. Allocation will be 2,000, only £17 (with the 50% club reduction). The only spanner in the works is how much a Boxing Day 19:45 KO will put people off. Currently, tickets for any away game are flying off the shelf.
  5. This won't make members, will be sold out today. They've really flown out the door.
  6. Yes, once it reaches members eligibility (so 14 November). The advantage is that the STH can log in earlier and place a ticket in the basket before members can log in.
  7. Every season I push into or close to P1. Tend to start P2 then work my way into P1. However, I disagree with the current system as well. Loyalty is not being rewarded at all. Let's use your monetary example. If I had a ST for the 10 years or whatever it is, say at £400 a season, I have spent £4,000. If someone else has a ST for 8 years and has gone to 10 away games a season (again let's assume £400 a ST and £30 per away), that person has spent £5,600 in the same period. Yet the former still gets more loyalty benefits and will likely get an away ticket over the latter. People should not be rewarded for holding a ST over x years. By all means award some form of loyalty but make it reasonable. 2 points for every season a person has held a season ticket, 1 point for every away game (just an example). In the above example we would have Person 1 on 20 points, Person 2 on 96 points. Seems more than fair to me. Imagine your son being 5-10 years later, he would be going to barely any away games.
  8. It's not us this time. West Brom are in control and only have to give 2,000. As others have said, they have sold a chunk of the away end to a company for advertising. Brings the more money. We can ask for 10,000, West Brom will only give us 2,000.
  9. That's right, the EFL make the announcement. I think this is due around the 8th December.
  10. Due to be announced by end of this week according to the dates published a few months back. Unless they have updated their guidance by now?
  11. I bought one on Friday for someone. Added their details manually before checking out. Also noticed the change this morning. It's actually better this way as the person you are buying for will get a point.
  12. The Plymouth match they play Sunday and we play Saturday
  13. It's likely that game will be Friday 19th or Sunday 21st as Tigers play at home the Saturday (so we can't).
  14. We can reduce to around 2,300 and allocate M1 to home fans. We should do that to teams like WBA who are giving us the bare minimum even though they never sell out at home.
  15. Just about yes. Might be the one this sells out I reckon.
  16. I know QPR gave us 300 less than they could accommodate. Teams have been given over 3,000 there. So it could be that.
  17. Ah yes, it was either a penalty or a goal kick but the ref went for a corner instead.
  18. All clear down Narborough Rd and onto the M69.
  19. Mate was going to take his dad then saw the prices. £39 is the cheapest available going up to £49 for the more expensive. It's not affordable for normal people week in week out.
  20. P and P1 is free for all. P2 and P3 technically family stands still, not sure if they change it for midweek games (doubt it).
  21. They need to offer benefits with the membership (e.g. include one match ticket in the membership fee). That way a £40 membership is reasonable.
  22. I'd be disappointed if we didn't win at least 45 games. Hopefully more...
  23. I have rarely seen us get more than 32,000, even when officially sold out. Not sure if some of the away segregation takes up some of the seats. This season, the most likely reason the average is below 32,000 is the fact that away allocations have not always sold out. For example, Preston probably had a good 700-800 unsold. Add to that a few 100 seats in the Keith Weller/Walkers Hall going unsold too. That would be your gaps.
