I remember back in the early 2010s getting kit for £10 in the sale but we never got close again. Demand was much higher last few seasons.

Even though the chants in the section were not "the usual", the Rudkin chant was actually loud and something that would have been audible on the pitch. It's not even that negative (unless you are Rudkin), it shows the discontent to him but the love for the club ("All I care about is LCFC" being the line). So actually, it was fairly positive in the grand scheme of things. The problem is the 90% of fans who think they are superior because they are "backing the lads" by turning up, sitting in silence and applauding every poor shift we have had this season. They haven't "backed the lads" one bit this season. The section have done for 90-95% of the season but unfortunately, by the end have had enough. The only way it gets fixed is if we have a club who cares about the fans and the community. Not a terribly run club who chuck money at absolute rubbish and build a squad that has no connection to the fans. It causes frustration and anger amongst those who actually care about the club and those who just turn up oblivious to what is going on. If the squad was likeable and put a shift in most weeks, this would be a mute point. -
Ticket prices in League One
KrefelderFox666 replied to HurfingtonPost's topic in Leicester City Forum
As an apology to the fans they should chop ticket prices (ST and match tickets) by 50% next season. -
This has the potential to not just be a loss but a big one at that. Portsmouth 4-0 Leicester.
-
This is the frustrating thing, we actually aren't playing that bad but all the key moments we are on the wrong end. Soft goals conceded, chances at the other end not converted. We could and should have won the last 3 based on our performances but somehow only come out with 3 points.

League 1 who do we get rid of?
KrefelderFox666 replied to Frankel1981's topic in Leicester City Forum
I don't disagree but who put them in that position? Who decided what wages they were put on? Who dictates the passion and interest in fighting for the badge by leading as an example? The fix has to start at the top or you forever go round in circles. Get rid of these players only to replace them with more rubbish. This club is rotten and has been in a decline for years due to gross mismanagement. It needs a full restart like we did almost 20 years ago. -

Let's start with the owners then go from there. -
It could genuinely be anything. Depends if something finally clicks or if we just continue on our current trajectory. The performances in general aren't that bad but we struggle with the important things. Conceding far too many soft goals and not being clinical enough at the other end. If we somehow sort both we will go unbeaten. If we keep being this bad in those departments we may not win another game. Let's have a go. Leicester 2-1 Swansea Portsmouth 1-2 Leicester Leicester 0-2 Hull Leicester 2-2 Millwall Blackburn 1-3 Leicester But realistically: Leicester 0-2 Swansea Portsmouth 1-0 Leicester Leicester 1-2 Hull Leicester 1-1 Millwall Blackburn 2-2 Leicester

Everyone on a big wage needs to be shifted or have their wage brought in line with League One. Build a young side with some experience/quality thrown in. Something I wanted this season but it never really happened. -

Bit bias but would suggest SK1 (or G2 corner) to start with. Maybe make use of the last 3 games to test it out (you can move your ST for single games to another seat/area). -

Not in Rowett's interview but I have been told hamstring injury. Which could mean the end of his season. -
Thing is, they don't care. Just like they don't care about the state of our club.
-
It would be really nice if we could tank them 4/5-0. Give us a boost of confidence to take into the remaining 6. Hopefully backed up by a result Monday.
-
Equally we could put the pressure on other teams by winning and getting ahead.

Apparently not involved tomorrow so I assume that means he will play Monday instead. -
Middlesbrough will win, they are a good side and do well away from home (especially being backed by nearly 8,000). Southampton will also win, they are flying. QPR you would imagine get a result after a confidence boosting win against us particularly as Portsmouth are on a bad run. Bristol City is tricky. West Brom are still poor so this could be anything but I reckon probably a draw.

I think even if we win, other results will mean we stay in the drop zone. So losing will definitely be losing ground. Let's prove that we can actually play today! Still hope...for now. -
That's a straight red, VAR didn't take long to confirm.

It's really sad to see the majority of fans not care. The fact a fair amount of fans still back the regime and can't see the multiple alarm bells ringing is a punch in the gut for those who can see the downfall. The majority are also those who may still show up but give nothing but silence to the players when they really need some backing (whether they deserve it or not). The clap off at the end is not really support. The second annoyance is that even those who are fed up and want to make their voices heard, don't. The fact the march on Saturday was poorly attended shows just that. This club is rotten, spiralling (potentially) out of existence or the very least into darkness and yet everyone just seems to take it. This is the worst position the football club has EVER been in. Over 140 years of the football club. That one season we dropped to the third tier was a blip that was followed by a huge rebuild with the club in a decent financial state. That will certainly not be the case this time. Staying up has never been this important!

The positive is that it is away, we seem to be doing OK away from home recently. Not a must win by the true meaning but we really need all 3 points here before we go into a 2 week break. Get a positive feeling and then knuckle down for 2 weeks in training before it's the run of the last 7 matches. I really don't trust this squad of players to find what it takes to stay up. It's a dog fight with plenty of others around us but we need to start showing something. -
I agree it requires some bad form but QPR are really struggling. Look at that 10 game run we had where we picked up about 4/5 points. It can happen and I think the threshold for survival will be north of 50 points (52/53 maybe). I think the other teams above QPR are safe and will get enough points. The most likely scenario is that two of the five go down (West Brom, Oxford, us, Blackburn or Portsmouth).
-
QPR are not out of it yet either. If they continue their poor form they could well be back in the mix come early April
-
Am hearing it will be 4-4-2. If true be intrigued to see how that looks
-
This is huge, not as a single game but for what is to come. A win here would be absolutely priceless because it can allow us to kick on. The next run of games has plenty of generous/winnable fixtures. It is imperative that the crowd get behind them on Tuesday. For 90 minutes put the off pitch malarky aside and make those players feel comfortable to play at home. All those "backing the lads" need to start getting off their backsides and opening their gobs or clapping their hands. We as fans have the obligation to do our job and hopefully it will translate on the pitch.

Any traction on this? I think there is appetite within the fanbase if it is something they can get behind.
