It’s a good point but we have had promotions straight back up in the past that I am comparing it to.

Maybe it’s the new normal but this has been the weirdest and limpest promotion celebration I have experienced. Ipswich showed how it should be done with raw emotion and a sense of community.

They did the same with Derby and Villa as well and came out second best.

I know it’s easy to say now but something just hasn’t felt right from that very first game against Cov but it was easier to ignore when we were winning every week. So many signs throughout the season that this was going to go tits up!

I never said people should not have an opinion and that was not the intention, just highlighting that if people are not happy with something there is the option to try and change that if they are able.

Easy for people to criticise so if you think you can do better why don’t you do something about it and become a member to move the trust forward. I agree it’s not a powerful enough statement, but it is an improvement on the ‘we are where we are’ mentality from a year ago. Hopefully the new members can move it forward to what it needs to be.
