Sold my home 3 years ago, when the housing market was in full bloom. Moved into a nice rental on the lake, which i share with a friend of mine. Today I received a call that the owner of the unit has decided to sell it. I knew it was always a possibility, but I'd just hoped it'd be later, rather than sooner. Not looking forward to trying to find a new place and of course...actually moving.
