I do feel for King. He's been stuck with a bunch of no-mark managers and also been more or less forced to manage for four matches when he was no-where near ready and didn't want the gig in the first place. The word is, someone had agreed to take over after Marti got the bullet and Kingy was only supposed to be in charge for one game. This person then changed their mind - understandably - and the panic button was hit tying to get a new manager. That's why King ended up being in charge for four games. Also explains why Rowett made that comment about someone exciting being appointed by Leicester, only for it to be him several weeks later. Anyway, imagine if King was a coach under Pearson or Ranieri. He'd have learnt ten times what he's had to endure under this shit show.

Yeah it's never dull here and there hasn't been a period of sustained stability in the thirty odd years I've been a supporter, and that's not changing any time soon. Would we prefer to be an Everton? Just hanging around the PL, never doing anything, just taking part in it every season. Right now, the answer would probably be yes but then looking back over the last ten years, and the years before with the promotions and great escapes, definitely not. Why can't we just be a competitive PL side that pushes for trophies and Europe every few seasons. Why is that too much to ask?

What chance did we ever have with Relegation Rowett and Trapdoor Winks. Rowett will be departing shortly and good bloody riddance to him, but the club need to do everything they can to get Winks out of Leicester as well. But you just know Rudkin will be telling the cluless owner about the player who has England caps and played in a CL final once. What a coup for a League One side.
