This is why its so interesting, so many opinions I think its too late, Enzo going now would set back any work already done and any preparations for the coming season. Enzo has had a year establishing his tactic, understanding the personnel, whereas a new person would be starting without any of this. Don`t get me wrong if it makes sense for the club to let him go (Maybe they cannot stop it) then he should go, but in doing so the net is more than a positive in incomings column.

Perhaps but I cannot see how a new person would do much better tbh, I mean Enzo has spent a year moulding what he can, the next guy starts from zero. But. That’s the nature of change, so if he goes to Chelsea, so be it, just feel it will set us further back in terms of preparation.
