Assuming they drew. Alot. Checked, yes 14 times. -
Resilience

You don’t think the manager is a major contributor to a players desire to try?
-
They should get Rodgers for a few years once he gets the boot from Celtic.
-
Think that's not a bad call actually (terrifying which Hamza turns up) but decent shout.
-
Not saying I disagree, but Vesty is such a weird one, he is an ok defender but a great passer, replacing him is more difficult that some think I imagine. I would let him go, but fancy we would lose something we cannot replace straightaway.

Will need to watch again, at the time it felt unfortunate more than outrageous. -

Thought JJ was too far behind play to influence it to be honest, he is quick, but not that quick -

Do any teams have cover for their best players? Do we need better depth, yes sure, but they are not going to be like for like replacements. -
Nothing better than an unexpected redemption for one of your own players, like a new signing.
-
I fancy Vestergaard's redemption is as inexplicable as its gets, so think Praet's might be a miracle too far
-
You are also free to ignore me and I have already stated Vardy at his best is better already, but Daka has done ok recently yet missed a good chance yesterday, something he was not alone in. We must look to the future and its not Vardy despite how much everyone loves him and pretending that is an option does Leicester and Vardy a huge disservice.,
-
Not really, and especially of late certainly not. Vardy misses a chance that was arguably easier for a player of his quality, but because he has "credit in the bank" he gets a free pass Vardy is a far better player than Daka could hope to be, but he still gets a pass despite this. If all you want to do is watch the old guard buy a VHS already, but would like to look forwards as well as back personally.
-
Were there no defenders near Daka then?
-
No, you can’t, but even our goat missed a sitter yesterday even with his outrageously high bar, so would allow Daka this failure (as long as Vardy has the good grace and solidarity to do one as well )

General comment, not debating your post, but it seemed a good start for the this reply is all. It is with no sense of irony that I felt yesterday, we went too gung ho. We needed to retain composure and stop trying to force it, yes we were ponderous at the back but that is not news and the reasons for it are well documented, but when we got up front we went too fast, faster from back to front would have been better, but once we got around their box, at several points we seemed to rush. Often Fatawu, but others also culpable, as we needed to keep the pressure very high over a prolonged period of time imho as Boro were clearly of a strict defensive mind, so moving them around lot was always going to be the way forward rather than look for the shortcut of a killer pass which has a high risk of breaking down. -
It’s really not about, and if we allow a players full tenure as the period of judgement we can never ever replace him as his tenure is that spectacular, but at some point we are going to have too. (Unfortunately) So we might as well just suck it up and accept the bumps in the road for potential replacments. Exit. Just to be clear I was talking about Vardy above as a point of reference, but I am sure you got that
-
Yes let’s rely on a 37 year old striker and deride an up and coming striker on our books, we should get Huth out the office and back on the grass whilst we are at it.
-
People finally given a chance to vent on Vestergaard after quite a long time when he has been very good for us, a long overdue chance to reel out the ‘he will never make in the Premier League so we should just get rid now’ trope. Vindication eh?
-
So because we lost to Arsenal twice in 15/16, does that mean we didn’t win the League? I am so deflated right now, going for a little cry.
-
I think not, one loss = existential crisis

We don’t need to beat Leeds, we don’t even need to get a point (obviously both would be than the alternative) but we need to show a serious amount of fight.
