People spend far too long looking at the names on the team sheet, and remembering what they had previously delivered in terms of quality. This is not the same squad, it is full of demoralised, broken players, many of which would like to leave. This squad is now terrible, not because of what their level can be and has been, but because of what their level now is. We have seen these teams you deride work so hard, expend so much effort, but ours crumble at the first sign of pressing or adversity, that’s why every team presses us hard and well, as they know we just do not have the will to resist.. That is not what good squads of players do.

Give him until the break, but certainly start looking for replacements now. Cannot see any improvement coming, and the players are every bit as culpable. But. Get someone in who can make them work harder/believe/motivate them, or whatever it takes.
