Come on. I’m not Cifuentes biggest fan but you can’t judge another manager on 15 mins.

He makes all the difference. Baffling he’s not played more league games. Him and Souttar when fit should be the cb pairing.

Pleased for Cifuentes today. Still not fully convinced by him but I’m hopeful we can go on a decent run. He’s gradually doing what the majority want him to do. The alternative with these clowns is Russell Martin who is dreadful. I still wish he’d of gone with youth from the start of season but at least he’s banished the egos of Faes and Winks which is a start. It’s took him to long to realize what he should have done but it looks like he’s getting there.

Based purely on results he’ll be doing enough for these muppets. Get a decent result against one of your local rivals and it’ll see him into the new year. We just will not win enough games with him in charge. I don’t see us winning 3 games on the trot in the league with him in charge and that should be a bare minimum. It really shouldn’t be that difficult to do in this shit league.

Don’t know who the actor is but his portrayal of the young Gerry Adams is imo great.

Just when you think we can’t get any worse then this happens. I’m waiting for Cifuentes to go and for us to appoint Mr Ego Russell Martin. We are beyond a parody of a club now.

We must have the Spanish Steve Cooper in charge. Exactly the sort of past it player he’d be interested in.

If we are going to get him rather it be a pay as you play deal.

Look at our recent negotiation skills with past it players. I’m not holding out much hope of us offering a sensible deal. Instead we will give him a 5 year contract and he’ll be on over 10m a year. The Rudkin way.

I’m genuinely surprised at that. I just don’t see him doing it here.

I find him really lazy in his approach. He hasn’t improved 1 player. Reluctant to give youth a chance - took him 20 games to finally realize that’s what was needed at the start of the season. Kept the same system as last season. As if to say that’ll do. Should have banished the egos like Faes and Winks from the starting lineup. Should have set a benchmark at the start of the season with integrating the young players into the squad. Gives off massive Steve Cooper vibes of negativity, laziness and devoid of any tactical flexibility in matches.

Be interesting to know if he’s won 3 on the trot in this league. Really shouldn’t be that difficult in this shit league. Reminds me of when Cooper was here. Has not got a clue if the opposition change anything tactically during a match.

So do QPR after Cifuentes left.

I don’t want Russell Martin but I genuinely think we’d have more points at this stage with him in charge than Cifuentes.

The worst thing is 4 points taken away at Derby and Bristol City is now seen as a positive return for us. My god how far we’ve fallen. Get rid of Marti asap. He hasn’t got a clue. A half decent manager gets us at least another 2 or 3 wins and a few draws this season. Unfortunately Cifuentes isn’t even close to being half decent.

We have at least 2 or 3 more wins and a few more draws with someone else in charge. We’re not gonna win enough games with this prat in charge. It really doesn’t take much to go on a decent run in this league. Sadly there’s zero chance of this happening with Cifuentes in charge.

When did we actually have a good second half with him in charge? I’m struggling to think of one. His in game management is dreadful. Far too reactive than proactive.

Wtf does Marti say to them at ht? Whatever he says do the opposite.

I have zero confidence in him getting more than 2 points in the next 2 games. That’s the problem with him. We take a step forward and then take 2 steps back. I still think we won’t win enough games with him in charge.

It’s taken him far too long but he is getting the youngsters into the squad. I’m still not convinced by him overall but credit to him today. My concern would be if we got rid of him who realistically would start the younger players over the experienced ones? Needs to pick up points in these next two matches.
