I agree that the issues are above him. But Rowett has shown zero tactical awareness and done absolutely nothing differently to try and change the results during matches. Rowett is not the answer for next season and neither is Martin. 2 wins from 14 is pathetic. Relegating 2 sides in one season is some achievement.

Wouldn’t surprise me if we have spoken to a lot of managers. It wouldn’t also surprise me that we’ve more than likely been turned down by a lot of managers.

I want us to go all out for Challinor but if that doesn’t happen we should at the very least consider Paddy McCarthy. Has worked with both U21 and U18 at Palace. Been assistant at Palace for a few years under Glasner and Hodgson so you’d hope he’s learnt from both.

Let’s be positive. At least it’s not his brother.

Will we actually learn from previous summer’s and actually get Challinor? I think we won’t and it’ll be the same as missing out on Rohl and Corberan. We’ll end up with someone like Will Still or Ryan Mason.
