  1. Will always love kasper, he’s been a good servant and a hero many a time. But yes recently he has been poor. He was very lucky against United not to have conceded many more due to mistakes. hopefully he will pull through this. I can’t see us actively trying to get rid any time soon. And the way he’s playing nobody will pay our asking price. So it looks like we’re stuck with him.
  2. Chilwell again ?
  3. To loan him out to a team that plays him every week and replace him with someone better?
  4. Would be happy for him to leave. As I would all of our strikers apart from vardy tbh. slim hasn’t got a future here. And iheanacho has a clause that anytime after July 2018 Man City can buy him back for 9m; so I would be looking to offload them as soon as possible.
  5. I’d rather the money be spent elsewhere. full backs are a must for me, particularly right back. but I’d be tempted to bring in a top class left back and send chilwell out on loan - although I know puel won’t do this. with silva coming in I think our midfield is fairly solid, especially with a two man midfield.
  6. Everyone’s YouTube best bits compilations make them look like worldies, but sod it. Gerrimin, gerremallbloodyin! regardless of whether mahrez goes or not we really could do with another option out wide only having 3 recognised wide men in gray, albrighton and mahrez. i would say 6million for a young lad with potential who wouldn’t expect to play every game is good business. With Ben arfa looking like the obvious ready made mahrez replacement, and not getting any younger, a move like this would seem fairly wise imo.
  7. King was good against Southampton though so it’s a tough one. maguire could certainly do a job I’m midfield I agree, although maybe not alongside Iborra as I’d picture them doing a similar job. but even a back five that changes to a back 4 with the play with maguire coming out of defence and into midfield could work.
  8. I think we made him look better than he was. Chilwell was awful and got shown up having come up against a proper winger. A better, more experienced full back would have eaten Zaha up.
  9. Just walking home from the game, have to say today we were the worst I have seen in a long time. We were awful against West Brom but today we were much worse. we made a very average team look good. collectively awful. No stand out performances but the full backs really were awful. Chilwell and Simpson don’t deserve to wear the shirt on those performances. why Okazaki didn’t start I have no idea.
  10. I’m realistic in my expectations. as long as he gets the players putting effort in again, and brings a bit of organisation to the table, I’ll be happy. Anything else on top of that is a bonus.
  11. Good morning! New member here, but not new to foxestalk. I’ve been a ghost for many years, reading as a guest but finally decided to register. Ive been a city fan all my life, and there was no choice initially. i went to my first city game at the age of 4, and remember having a shirt with 7 on the back as Julian Joachim was my favourite player at the time. i was a season ticket holder for many years, along with the many Wembley trips in the 90s etc. i saw us lose to spurs, win against tranmere, and was lucky enough to be there for the Home defeat to athletico Madrid in the late 90s. now 29, I don’t get to anywhere near the amount of games I would like to, but am still as passionate as I ever was. glad to finally be a part of foxestalk!
