And he waddled away, till the very next game -
Shame that tactic doesn't work without the best budget in the league then. Snore fest

Skipp and Goulding in a 2 would finally be enough to tip me over the edge -
Really? In Spain I hear a lot of fans booing their own players and many quiet, Tourist type atmospheres. There's no surprise that our quick tempo football under Pearson and Ranieri generated our best atmospheres.
-
It's amazing that Pep, and more recently Enzo can't fathom this. Both have resorted to turning on their own fans. Amazing that Faes passing to Vestegaard to pass to Faes to pass to Vestegaard didn't create a cauldron like atmosphere isn't it?

His selections have been that baffling, I'm half expecting him not to play Vardy against Ipswich
-
I love how the social media team have reassured us daily that Jakub will be starting. Just in case any of us still have PTSD from the thought of Ward being named no.1

You make a good point, I think it's more the fact we just know Rudkin has handled it appallingly behind the scenes. You want to know he's been treated exactly how he should have been, and you just know Rudkin probably sent him an offer of 20k a week via pigeon.

You can't finish higher than 1st

3 relegations in 4 years then

Would I be right in thinking they probably didn't have a rule in place for teams like ours because they didn't think anyone would have such a big spend and wage bill and possibly drop down? Even so it's embarrassing from them that they didn't account for the scenario. Or maybe it wasn't in place on purpose just to protect a potential Spurs relegation or one like that. We know how all these rules are there to protect the big 6.

That pre season set the tone for everything. When you look back, it was only the novelty and adrenaline of being back in the Premier League that seen them amass that many. The weird idea of playing players no matter who they are in any position, just to gain minutes and getting beat by below average French and Italian teams was horrendous for morale. Id go as far as to say if Spurs put 4 past us first half like they should have in the first game, we'd be sat on less than Derby's record now. We gained a bit of belief that was then absolutely extinguished second half against Newcastle. Then Wolves at home. -

I think earlier on in the season I could actually see a bit of logic in the likes of Reid and Ayew and the Premier League experience that Cooper pushed for. There's a lot of areas of the game a lot of fans don't really pick up on or care about and they tend to be the parts the experienced players do well. But now it's like, they're not even doing them basics well enough. Obviously I wouldn't want to see 6 u21s start at the city ground, but playing at least Monga would benefit everybody more than the shit we have been fielding for weeks. -
I'm not sure I'm too arsed about that kind of thing. What does it prove? Owen went to Real Madrid for a couple of years. Obviously matter to Vardy but I don't think anything he does now will make me think any more or less of him. Unless he scores the winner at the City Ground in which case I'll build the statue myself.

Bet most our PSR problems come from the big juicy non disclosure agreements they have to pay for. Be interesting to see if Vardy says anything about Rudders when he leaves. -
It felt like when we first started taking out them loans that we were much more established and there was seemingly a small risk of us not being in the Premier League. But all of it at the time felt like the first signs that all is not right. I won't even go into all the dodgy sponsorship stuff.
-
Behave I was having a laugh. I couldn't actually tell if you were saying it's a good move by the club to loan money based on potential TV money we know we now won't get, or whether it is a good move?
-
Don't worry, all the experts on Foxestalk said the loans taken out are very standard procedure and King Power would of course just bail us out if need be.
-
I demand to be centre forward in your disgusting Russell Martin philosophy
-
The only way I am accepting that he's left is if it's on his own terms for MLS/Saudi and/or he wanted 100k+ a week to stay. If he goes another Premier League team he isn't going to be getting the wage he was getting here. To have his last season be West Ham or Wolves really would sum up Rudkin and Top's complete and utter failure.

Can you imagine what our points tally would look like if Hermansen had played like he has after the injury at the beginning of the season?
