  1. Mate. Why do you bother? The Dutchman has absolutely no interest in getting a result. It's all about him..was ever thus. If he changed the team now involved our better players in winks, skipp (yes,) Okoli,.Ricky and Stephy....and got a result, it would be even more career ruining. He selects the team on what suits his personal agenda.As,.I may add he did at Man U..He rinsed the full strength xi for those four wins he wanted for himself. Fck the players. Fck Man U. Fck long term planning. Fck burn out. Fck injuries. The Dutchman wanted four wins.
  2. You just know the one team that won't show any mercy....
  3. I'm not so sure. I think when you reach a certain level, money is largely irrelevant. It's about power. Trump wants adulation and controversy and legacy. Not an extra zero on his bank balance Same goes for Putin. The fact he's a billionaire isn't his buzz. He needs more than money.
  4. Hey served us well last season. My player of the season. And I kinda like him that he clearly doesn't suffer fools gladly. But the decision to hand him three years and that arrogant 'i knows best' vibe he carries isn't right for a restart. He needs booting out. Not personal..Just business..
  5. Nah. I can't support the Dutxhman, even tho I think he'll be done with I can't support BdcR, Coady, Ayew and, with regret, Vesty. All will be here next season. Not in my name.. I need a break anyway and tbh, the support needs shaking up. It'll do me and the club good to have someone else in 'my seat'
  6. I don't equate being a fan with actually attending anyway.. Until the Dutchman took over, I'm absolutely obsessed and immersed in the our outcomes of our games..And soon as he (and the likes of BdcR, Coady) leave, I'll re engage again. From my sofa, from my phone updates, from a pub, from a hooky stream and at 4/5 games a season, home or away.. I can wait for a bit til that lot have fcked off.. ideally with Whelan and Rudkin too (tho they get a slight pass as they've proved they can just fluke being business people....monkeys and shakespeare and all that)
  7. OGS wouldn't have been a bad shout. I said so at the time. He's a trained, professional manager. He's done some miles and is battle hardened. And, it would've kept the cuckold Top satisfied.
  8. JJ desperately needed taking out the firing line, but unlike the coward Ward begging to be dropped (but still collect his wage), he has the decency to try to do what's asked if him
  9. It's entirely possible he would do, except Ward robbed him of that chance by begging not to be considered for selection (tho still collect his 40k a week for bib & cone carrying, like last season)
  10. Whelan's dream that is. Happy Pride/Ramadan/Hannuka/Greek Independence/Malvinas Day!
  11. Years ago, Ian Holloway very unusually served a defacto notice period Mamdaric didn't sack him immediately after relegation. Holloway oversaw the closed season fitness programmes,.arranged pre season friendlies and I guess other bits of admin for three or four weeks.. I wonder (hope) that the club are just leaving this awful man in post as, basically,. someone's got to do it..
  12. Not me.
  13. He did try to endear himself to fans and he was apparently treated like shit by the club if that account I was told is accurate..Agree with the Daka thing too. However, his catastrophic request for BdcR, Ayew and Eduardo and totally bizarre decision to pick a fight with Ricardo (and in doing so lost the dressing room) .... basically he needs to look at himself too
  14. I have heard differently. The guy (from.Derbyshire) who told me claims to know Cooper from coaching courses. Cooper was explicitly told his brief was to keep us up at any cost. And that a points deduction was likely. Once the points deduction threat was lifted, the whole atmosphere at the exec level changed and they went cold on Cooper and moved the goalposts on the season's aim. He was (apparently) both surprised and upset at the sacking and felt it unfair in the extreme
  15. There was an easy 25k home fans by the looks of it last night. Probs 4k-5k of us stayed away.. That's the ratio 25k versus 4k. We've lost the club - at least for now - to morons. Ownership. Exec Management. Coaching. Players. And in the stands.
  16. I think both your points have merit. As an outsider.looking in, the club seemed to quietly try to wrestle transfer control back from Rodgers with the Daka and Soumare window. Rodgers made it quite clear he never fancied Soumare. Both signings have been a disaster, but I kinda get the logic of how they were identified and why they were bought.
  17. Goodness gracious.. It's astounding how much of a spell this man holds over certain men
  18. And the Dutchman - as always - racing across the pitch to the opponent's star players to disassociate himself with us and try and stay relevant with elite players
  19. Indeed. Thousands. Absolutely pathetic
  20. Only bright moment is Albrighton referring to us as 'we' on co comms
  21. He knows exactly what he's doing
