He’s not wrong….. the goals came from mistakes, they didn’t cut us to ribbons….. and we conceded less shots on goals than previous games…. So it’s a fact. It was the whole manner of the performance that was shocking over the goals conceded!

Worse squads than this have stayed up in the premier league previously. It’s not the quality or lack thereof that’s our undoing, it’s the lack of desire, effort and willing to win games. Ipswich have a worse squad than us in terms of quality, but they go after every game and leave nothing on the pitch. That will ultimately be the difference, they’ve got players who are up for the fight, we’ve got Jordan Ayew who ambles around the pitch, if anything needs to change drastically it’s the attitude of the team, or the tactical approach….. we’ve got to want it as much as Ipswich do, but I don’t think we do. There are some very dark days on the horizon, I dread to think what next season will be like, we will be in the same situation as Derby were, just for different reasons.

There’s no way we sell Mads in January…. He will go for half his value if we do.
