Cooper is not a manager I would even go as far and say that he is not actually a coach. He is a person way out his depth and was able to con a position roughly around 7 leagues higher than he should be working in. There is a reason no premier league teams wanted him. There is a reason no championship teams wanted him.

The squad is only as good as what the manager is and can develop. A half decent managed would make this squad perform much better infact I would say that they are underperforming compared to last year dramatically due to being poorly coached now.

If we sack Cooper this week we will survive all this squad needs is a half decent coach nothing special or nobody special just a real manager. If we don't sack him we are relegated

I know this seems strange but all of your attacking forwards look like they don't know each other and haven't got a clue what the next player is going to do. Last year they knew which move they would make next Under Cooper we look a mess

If a "Manager" cannot get his tactics right. Cannot get his team to defend and get the basics right Cannot get his team to complete basic passes. Cannot get his team to progress the midfield with maximum effort Cannot get his team to attack with effect Cannot see there is problems with his selection so makes very late subs and the wrong subs Buys over aged value players and dud loans.
