Who is the next big young talent? Bearing in mind. Rudkin doesn't have a ****ing clue. I want to know who comes in works with this shitshow and does a better job, I'm not seeing anyone who wants it, your on a hiding to nothing. A manager can't do much with no transfers, crap players, half a season. We are still working with Coopers staff. The set up is clueless. No amount of anything can make duffers like Faes capable of defending, he's just not good enough. Normally a manager has a squad to fit with his 'style' 'philosophy' not a bunch of randomly assembled Rudkin duffers.

I'd be more than happy to see some out of the box appointments. Sadly this lot don't have it in them. Rudkin only knows about people who's cvs come in his letter box or people he's seen on telly. Be lovely for the club to have a vision, an identity, pick managers that fit with that, players that fit with that, maybe some are risks but surely better than washed up on donkeys. At the minute it's a scattergun approach to managers, we've had Smith, Enzo, Cooper and Rudd, signed players like Souttar and Cannon, renewed Vestegaard, got Eduoard in, Ayew, BCR, like where we heading? What's the plan? All this shows...the director of football hasn't got a ****ing scooby. **** Rudkin

I doubt Rudkin knows who any of those are, therin lies the problem. If Rudd goes we will probably be Steven Gerrards next project, bet Top and Rudders would love a photo with him. We need to concentrate on getting that steaming turd out of our club first.

Mentality is also something a player has to have, like if someone tells Mavididi hes shit he probably sulks, wheras some players would want to fight and prove people wrong. Hes not got thst, few in this club have that. I don't think management works quite like it used to, managers like O'Neil wouldn't work today. All the players would be crying, don't get me wrong I love the bloke and would love to got back to those nights at Filbo. Times are a changing, not always for the best, apparently we need tippy happy at tge back. With this squad I'm not sure anyone could do much. We've had 2 managers already.

Thing is, who do you bring on?? Answer is not the dogshit Mavididi who people are thinking is better than he actually is and is on the bench probably because he's not good enough in training or in games.

The lazy **** needs to take some responsibility himself too, he can't always have someone holding his ****ing hand. Mentality, that's the issue, this club bring in so many weak ****ers. There's clearly no decent sports psychology at the club like there was under Pearson either. Some players might need support but it's not really a managers job these days.

Exactly, maybe it was Enzo but he's not been at it this season at all. He's on the bench for a reason. He's been terrible, he clearly doesn't do much in training to convince otherwise. We need players who will give 100% even if they aren't that talented.

He doesn't use it though he just jogs around, a few step overs, loses it and stands watching. He's been ****ing awful, he is where he deserves to be.

Mavididi certainly isn't a runner, he's the laziest jogging **** we have, he's ****ed me off so many times this season with his half hearted shite. Dyche was sacked from Everton for erm...bring ****ing clueless if you ask the Everton fans. Any decent manager isn't coming here I'm afraid, not till the summer at least. The club has a bigger issue in what doe it want to be? Even if we brought Dyche in and he performed a miracle with getting the likes of Faes and Justin to defend, what's the next step? Tbh with Wilf we looked better, I thought Thomas looked better than VK or Woyo. Okoli looked decent. I'd play 3 at the back with Okoli, we might be able to defend then. Winks terrible, woyo looks scared, Justin is Justin, do we not have a young right back we can try?

When we play them at home, hopefully we are better, wilf is fitter, var etc
