Must win games aren’t the time to play a guy feeling sorry for himself. He’s weak mentality we can’t carry him and his mistakes, we need 11 players. For me Ayew is marginally better physically especially the last game, which should by worrying for Mavividi. He seems more worried about his hair. The ball will be given away too much. He’s never a Premier League player for me. He’s done marginally more than Mavividi this year, he’s won us a game and got a point. The last game Ayew was decent as soon as Mavividi came on we conceded. How he’s playing at the moment I’m not sure Mavividi makes opposition defenders think about much. If he starts we lose he’s that bad. We will probably lose anyway but we might keep it tighter for a while with him benched. Shows the state of the squad really, people calling for absolute dogshit to replace dog shit

He’s going to make us much much weaker defensively that’s the problem, I don’t think he offers enough going forward, we need players giving 100% which he doesn’t. I couldn’t really fault the players at the weekend tbf. As soon as we changed it ‘up’ we lost.

To be honest I assume the reason why no one signed him in the summer on a free was his wage. Unless he’s up for a cut I doubt many would afford him the lifestyle our Jon boy has.

This, and there is no good reason to be chasing our PSR tail if the club has a sustainable structure, strategy and plan. All of this really revolves around having a competent Director of Football which we don’t have. We shouldn’t really be sailing close to the PSR sail when we don’t really have any good players -
Any team with Mavividi in WILL lose, he has one step over, loses the ball and then watches like the first goal Saturday. Still baffled why anyone thinks he is the answer to any problem. He’s on the bench for a reason.

We are terrible by Premier League standards but these are just meh, no where near as good as us last year. Farke is such a shit manager, the top of the Championship is way below even bottom Premier league standards -

Honestly they wouldn’t they are both terrible -
For who though? I think there other options are just as bad Vestergard was absolutely honking against Everton, not for the first time and Coady is a pod cast bro, so not sure who we bring in, I genuinely think this squad is simply not good enough for any manager

Who the **** is going to teach Wout Faes to defend?

I’ve got to say none of these teams are staying up, they are by far in away worse than us, even now. -
Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Foxin_Mad replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
Just goes to show the fans are clueless. There were even some people who argued Cooper was the manager we needed! I think you have got to stick with someone for a bit, build a culture etc. Despite to views of many I actually believe in the Championship RVN has the potential to build us into a good side, he knows who he’d keep and get rid off etc. If we sack him we pay him off, money gone, a new man comes in has to assess the squad, takes time, we’ve wasted squad money on sacking RVN, how long to you give a bloke ailing in the championship if we bring in someone new? We are going round in circles thinking a new manager is the solution as opposed to squad, structure and philosophy building which takes at least 6 months. I am personally seeing some good aspects amongst a very bad hand. Any new appointment under Rudkin is a whole new risk. -
He didn’t though because he is shit, it’s hilarious that people are thinking players with major limitations solve our problems. He’s been benched by 2 managers because largely he offers nothing, we need players that work, he’s not one.

The guy who failed with much better players at Everton? Really, and a style worse than Coopers. Would be horrific. I’m not even sure in modern football dyche gets out of the Championship -
Sorry but Rudkin is the Director of football. So responsible for the football. Most fans aren’t bother by the fact we aren’t top 6, more the fact we have no fallen light years behind the likes of Forest, Brighton, Bournemouth, Brentford, Fulham etc. The club has a haphazard attitude to transfers signing Souttar, Coady, Skipp, Cannon with no clear vision for them in the squad, signing older players like Ayew and BCR with no real clue how we are going to use them, not filling clearly poor areas of the pitch with new players ‘defence’, wasting 250million on players who left for free! High wages for average players, long contracts for average players. We have no strategy on manager appointments we’ve gone from Smith to Enzon to Cooper to RVN just seems random, no seeming identity on or off the field. im not sure how anyone can look at that and say yeah mate I’m happy with where we are heading. Rudkin has failed us and is being allowed to continue. The fans that strangely back him are complicit to our disintegration.
-
I don’t really care if they all go but sure due to Rudkins masterclass we will be stuck with many. I’d like a complete Pearson style rebuild. We need a director of football who understands the game not the clueless moron we have now.

We also conceded a lot and still lost. The basic concept of football is being able to keep a clean sheet we simply do not have the players for that. He brings in the so called attacking marvels from the bench, who are all shit, have all been on the bench under multiple managers. True to form the magical Stephy does a run with a crap step over, loses it, stands there looks, jogs back, Arsenal score. These players NONE of them are the answer, NONE of them are good enough. -

I think the manager has been dealt a very bad hand. It’s easy for the fans to talk about formation changes and bringing in even worse players from the bench but the facts remain he had no backing, none of his own players. I don’t think you can say the players weren’t trying yesterday, they were behind the manager just falling short in quality that is not the manager’s fault in anyway. The players on the bench are not going to solve anything, even in a magic formation the fans come up with, many have been benched by successive managers for a reason, they are also shit. I think given time and the right backing Rudd would make a decent side, playing entertaining football. I’m not sure who else comes in a works in this shit show and does better if I’m honest. -
Because the options are actually even more shit, despite our fans weird delusions that Mavividi will suddenly turn into prime Messi instead of the league 1 bloke from Derby with a few crap stopovers and no work ethic
-
They need to play like they did today to have a chance for the full 90 If Mavididi plays we may as well not bother, he’s shit, not sure why anyone sees him as the answer his work rate is tragic, he doesn’t press, loses the ball and jogs back like first goal today, him coming in lost us the game

LCFC 0-2 Arsenal | Post-match thread
Foxin_Mad replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
If we could play like that against shitter sides we might be alright, problem is our levels drop. Arsenal are still a good side, I think one of the best defences, fresh from smashing Man City. our issue is not losing 2-0 Arsenal with a decent fight, it’s rolling over against Wolves, Fulham, Palace etc The fundamental issue remains we aren’t good enough, because no players have been brought in for Rudd that’s one man’s fault. Rudkin The players fought hard and are playing for the manager still, they aren’t good enough but I couldn’t fault the effort today, with the exception of Mavididi who can get in the bin, so ****ing predictable and lazy, he gave the ball away cheaply after Ayew battle all afternoon. -
Dunno hopefully we wouldn’t have spunked 30 million on Ayew and Skipp
-
They ****ing quit at Everton after 20 seconds. The reason the squad assembled by this bunch of halfwits is not good enough. the responses from the supporters club and foxes trust is utterly gutless and pathetic, it’s questionable who the serve.
