He hasn’t but with really limited options there's only so much you can change. We know really the squad doesn't have the quality, I am not sure it can be kept up, The defenders aren't good enough, the midfield isn't good enough, we have a 38 year old striker, a winger who can't be arsed to run and a few old geezers. People say play 5 at the back or in midfield but that's likely to further stifle a team with little creativity. I think you could play all our defenders and theyd still **** it up.

The club need to be honest. If they have no money, tell us, build a strategy to work with that. What annoys me is they pretend to be rich whilst not giving the squad the investment it needs. There are people that can build successful clubs with less money. We used to do that.

You can't judge a manager really with no preseason/transfer window. Any manager coming half way though a season is on a hiding to nothing. That's why I'm minded to stick with Rudd as let's face it who else are we gonna get in? Maybe given time, with his contacts, time to stamp his authority etc he will cone good. Why don't we have the quality, why aren't we buying any players? Could the club not have instilled more confidence in the fans by buying players, getting management decision correct, having a footballing philosophy and identity? Even if the players don't have quality, thers nothing to stop them clearing a basic hoof forward into the box. This is basic stuff they ain't doing, the mentality the effort, the desire to win is not there.
