This is the reason why companies decline and go bust, when they are run by inept individuals higher up and are only concerned about their own positions and feel threatened by upcoming new people who want to be successful and employ different strategies to themselves in organisations. So those new employees get pissed off and eventually leave to go somewhere else There's so many cases of it happening in the business world particularly manufacturing and retail and those companies don't exist anymore 😕

First time I've felt disinterested watching the game yesterday, before I would watch the games and the family would know that I don't want any distractions. Yesterday I was watching the match while I was doing other things, just looking up on the screen now and again. I'm finding us boring and I'm not excited as I used to be. Does anybody else feel the same? Don't get me wrong I still watch all the games but I don't feel the same as I used to. Plus as anyone noticed that less people are posting here than they used to, is there a coincidence.
