Just as expected. Been like this in every game this year, pre season including. Even games we have won we have been this bad. We hired cooper, we all knew it would be like this and it is.

I think he’s looking better. I understand he is a similar age to Buonanotte but I think in terms of development it’s slightly harsh to judge given buonanette has had a full season in prem to get up to speed. Promising signs, he will get better.

Worrying part is that they simply wont sack him soon enough. If he is hovering above relegation zone they will see it as survival when in reality if we are still above relegation zone in 5 games. Survival is there for the taking becuase 3 other teams are really really bad and really, with a good manager we would be otherwise well clear. Soo frustrating

I knew people would jump on him and say “no wonder he isn’t starting” haha. He has been out for 2 months, he will be rusty and came in to a team where everyone had a shocker. He is our best fullback and when match fit he will prove. Just hope he is allowed to get there.

He ain’t going anywhere. It will get worse before it gets better. This board is slow, and below average. They are going through the motions with their eyes shut just hoping that luck helps us. They will have will have to too much respect for Steve cooper and not show the ruthlessness required for success. Sacking him now will mean admitting they were wrong and that just doesn’t happen here. They are never wrong, another game wasted, he is building nothing. However, it going exactly as expected. Outplayed in every game, even the ones we have won. (Walsall included) most shots faced, goals coming from individual brilliance, not team plan, strategy or clarity on roles.

I agree with this complety. Nothing to build on, nothing to hold on to. A compete lottery. Get him gone it’s never going to work.

Problem is, he will. Too long

No one wants him because he was the wrong choice and is proving exactly that. Agreed, he can’t make up for the defensive mistakes but he can make up for 1 shot on target and the players clearly having no idea what to do. There is no patterns in play, no obvious strategy and quite frankly nothing gaining momentum or building in any way whatsoever. We are a different team every time we take to the pitch and it’s a complete lottery every time. There is zero….. I mean completely nothing at all to build on or cling on to. We have won 2 games and we were truly dreadful for large majority of both games. Tonight selection was correct , they are our best players we have but should be well drilled and cohesive at this point. Having not been selected before collectively, Unfortunately they are not and have zero clarity on anything they are trying to do. many of these problems fall in Steve cooper and he is never going to build anything here because he is simply not good enough and proved exactly that at forest and his time here.

I truly believe that the players have zero clarity on what they are trying to achieve and have zero belief in the idea at all. Just seem to hit and hope we have been so Incredibly lucky this year. I would say that tonight the luck ran out but it didn’t, we were incredibly luckily to lose 3-1. A truly disgraceful performance. You can’t change the squad, all you can do is change the manager and he is truly woeful. Yet nothing at all will be done.
