Dare I say it but Skipp has been excellent so far. Fantastic to see Fatawu causing problems. Would like to see Nelson next to Okoli. Think Thomas at LB we need to see an upgrade. -
Conor Coady (signed for Wrexham, official.)

This is the issue. We'll sign someone else who is old to fill the spot! -

Only Leicester will reject this. Get him gone. Sell sell sell -
Jakub Justin Okoli Nelson Ricardo Choudhury BEK Mavididi Monga Fatawu Daka Id put Bilal in CM so he can dictate a bit deeper but he needs a ball winner next to him so gone for Choudhury simply as he has that aggression I think Monga can play the 10 and really that front 3 can even rotate positions and cause havoc Alves/McAteer/Ayew can come on second half
-
Absolutely cut open. One thing I've noticed. There is a concern on the transition at the moment. We look vulnerable
-
Never feel confident with Daka taking a pen or a shot or even just kicking a ball
-
Daka man 😂😂😂😂
-
Hahahaha. What am I witnessing
-
Some dreadful pens apart from that beaut Sweden one. Getting let off the hook Just need to hammer it

Who should be captain next season?
TrickyTrevLeftPeg replied to winteriscoming's topic in Leicester City Forum
Ricardo captain Nelson Vice Captain - thinking about long term and him being a mainstay in the defence -
Wow you found a repeated name. Imagine what you could achieve if you applied that energy to something useful.

So we've seen the 30 squad players we have at the moment. If you had to choose your Line up and Squad for first game including those who aren't available (Souttar, Fatawu) with no purchases who would you go for. There is actually a lot of players that would miss out. GK Hermansen DL Justin CB Okoli CB Nelson RB Ricardo - Captain CDM Winks (eww but he can dominate the a championship) CM Ndidi LW Monga CAM El Khanousss RW Fatawu FWD Ayew Sub GK Stolarczyk Sub DF Luke Thomas Sub DF Aluko Sub MF Choudhury Sub MF Page Sub MF Mavididi Sub MF McAteer Sub MF Alves Sub FWD Daka Therefore the following would miss out Evans (he would seriously push Daka for that sub striker role) Skipp Marcal (loan him away) Golding (loan him away) Faes (sell) Coady (sell) Soumare (sell) Coulibaly Braybrooke (loan) Kristiansen (sell) Vestergaard (sell) Joseph Silko Thomas (Loan) Souttar If I could purchase any players obviously a striker and new CM Really apart from a striker the squad is really in decent shape with the influx of the new youngsters to have a good go at promotion this year. The way forward for the club is youth and save ourselves a fortune in the transfer market
-
Lot of nothing in this particular XI Only really Nelson stands out. Joseph I think a good step would be a loan to league 1/2 side. Golding isn't great
-
This is the same first XI that played first half
-
Some strike that. Lovely play by winks 😂

Jamie Vardy - Goodbye to our GOAT

No chance he'll re sign after his massive hoo haa of a send off. -
Take him off and hide him
-
Build the team around Monga

Decent coach but not a very good manager. The problem is all our options apart from Rohl won't be liked by the fan base..Dyche, wilder and O'Neil just lack any type of positivity. We're on to a loser whoever we get. It's just a question of who. The first issue is the club won't look abroad or go for anything remotely creative. The second issue is we as a fan base shouldn't be standing for this. Should be protest and up roar but come season start and get given few beers and doughnuts 90% of the fan base will forget all about it. The club is Rotten to the core.

If we do end up with Chris Wilder then just shows us how far we have sunk. The Club is a shambles in terms of appointing managers They should be scouting the globe on potential new managers who fit in with how the club wants to play. Then when one manager leaves or gets sacked they should have at least a shortlist of who they may want. Thing is we have a bunch of dinosaurs in charge who think experience is better or wait till the manager is sacked to then start the search This is a new era for us.. we have lots of youth players coming through. We need a manager who is prepared to use them and who also has some ability tactically. Wilder's Sheffield United team absolutely got rolled over by Burnley and Leeds when they played last year. He's one dimensional and predictable and his transfer record is appalling. Buying Tom cannon for £10 million and Brewster for £23.5million shows that. I hope it's not him

The squad is littered with some really good youth players. The next manager must trust utilising some of these players and add some necessary positions Striker Centre mid Centre back -

Nelson looks so comfortable Marcal is getting lot of ball out wide but lacks a final ball Golding looks bit awkward Evans perhaps bit isolated. Hopefully can get more involved soon Good run out so far. It's pre season so doesn't mean much but our pressing looks reasonable
