Pretty much close to our starting line up and it's nowhere near good enough. Reinforcements still massively needed
-
Golding defo got something about him. Looks really really bright. So does Alves

Okoli won a competition to play tonight. Hopefully first game nerves but he can't kick a ball straight

A winks and ndidi midfield is fine but if we are having a 3 man midfield we need someone creative and can score goals. Ndidi the destroyer, winks the link but need that creative spark Soule might be a good shout but then pressure and expectation on him will be huge. Glad Ndidi has signed But goals in the team is the worry. It will be interesting to see how Ndidi will be utilised this season.

England v Switzerland - Saturday 6 July

75 mins and 0 shots on goal/target No changes. Utterly dreadful -
Hilarious and somewhat baffling how players get judged on some green and red line stats and some YouTube videos. How about people judge the player with your own eyes in real life once he's signed. You can't judge players based on previous club form. He'll be in a new environment in a new system with different players around him.

Excellent player. Would love him here but whether we could afford him remains to be seen.
-
Solid defender. Better than what we have. Just go on the Leeds forum and see how highly they rated him. If we can get him at a reasonable price then I'm all for it.

I wonder if all those fans who were firmly against maresca are also firmly against cooper. One thing's for sure Cooper will try and find multiple ways and different styles to pick up results and points whereas maresca was basically just plan A only and live or die by it. All done now so let's just get behind him. We can't make this season any tougher by having a divided fanbase and on the managers back before we've even kicked a ball.
-
If potter is stalling then no reason why we want to hold out for him We need someone who WANTS to be here and will dig deep in what will be a tough season. Cooper isn't everyone's favourite but will be pragmatic and hopefully pick us up enough points to do the job we need to do.....survive

With ruud being out of work it's a very plausible and possible appointment. More so than corberan which will cost more
-
We need someone who can operate with a siege mentality and the best manager for that is Jose mourinho. Although he hasn't been great recently we need someone to win ugly and mourinho will do that but will never happen in a month of Sundays. I don't think potter is the type to dig deep and grind out wins. I don't like him either but I think the best option would be Moyes. He'll build the club and help us improve. We just need to survive in the premier league for a couple of seasons The pretty football and possession approach can come in a few years.

I'd prefer Southampton to go up. Not sure there team is as strong as Leeds and we always seem to pick up points against them. Also Russel Martin teams concede lots of lots of goals and they won't score enough to stay up

Percy article enzo set to stay, vardy and vesty new deals

I'd be happy to keep vestergaard but only if we have 2 new CB's next to him who are strong, quick and intelligent. If Faes is also in the backline then we are in for an even more uphill battle We should sell Faes and Justin to help fund the CB areas. -
Vardy 😂😂😂😂

We're on the beach but that's Absolutely embarrassing

Mads being sold in the summer is a given I feel

We are many levels above Southampton yet still we have glaring mishaps in the final third. Some better decision making up top with the right pass and ball and we can put these to the sword. However, Southampton won't be as bad as that second half. We need to come out of the blocks early in the second half and put the game beyond them.
-
Couple of times Southampton have had times to transition and played ball back. If they continue like that we'll be fine. If they start to transition quickly that's where we could find difficulty. Game is settling already which will suit us nicely.
