Arabs 1 nil up with a decent tie against some Hungary mob in the next round to reach the Conference league. Hibs just lost a goal, come on keeper.......
-
Great result for Dundee utd in Vienna as well, 2 2 with Rapid. We have the winner of Steau Bucharest or a Kosovo side in the Europa Leauge qualifiers. Currently 3 2 Steau.

Champions league play off Rangers v Pilzean on BBC Scotland, sky ch 180.

Bbc scotland Friday night opening game Arbroath v Ayr. Half time chat amongst the pundits involved tasting an Arbroath smokie pie..... Reference Rodgers, as long as Celtic continue to beat the diddies 5 0 every week the majority of the fans are content. I'll give him 1 more season and he'll move abroad.

3rd kit revealed today. Sold put already unless you want an XSmall. One of our better ones, and the last addidas one for a while.

Enjoy Tyncastle, its a great example of how to rebuild a ground within its old footprint.
-
Can't see past an Usyk easy win. For a heavyweight unification fight in the UK, the build up has been really low kwy.

The performance has dipped since the subs came on.

Thought Beirne had played his way out of the team but did well last week. Can only assume Farrell wants trusted players in at the start and hit the Aussies with a powerful subs bench up front around 60 mins. I hope Keenan stays fit because Smith at 15 gives me the fear with the Aussie back line charging towards him under high balls. Lowe is lucky to start, his last performance wasn't great and he looks slow. He's got a decent left foot though. I'd imagine we will play for field position and let the back line do their talking in the Aussie 22. Is there a lack of mobility around the breakdown? Conan, Beirne not as fast as Morgan and Earl and the Aussies have won those battles so far. Have to say I feel for Morgan, he's played so much better than Curry on tour, and Curry always seems to give away penalties. We will see on Saturday.

Doechii likes a twerk......😁 Decent performance.

As an Aberdeen fan I'm still undecided. Looks better on the players, but still a bit golfie....🏌♀️

I had Argentina to win at 7/1, cashed out at 5/1 with 5 mins to go. Only a fiver. Some good performances, some below par.

Yeah, Utd and Hibs will be playing prelims in Europe the week before. Also its the TV companies getting as much on TV as possible before the EPL takes over. By the time we get to August sky are desperate to put on any football, even the SPL

I probably didn't see Zurich at its best. The Sunday was dead, really struggled to find anywhere open until around 5pm, and it didn't help the Monday was a bank holiday. Very clean, very up market. The locals were friendly. We had an airbnb in Wipkingen, and the local bars were nice. Nice weather sitting outside drinking weissbeers. I did that train journey in reverse, as you say, stunning scenery.

Got back today from Scotland v Lichtenstein on Monday. Zurich for 3 nights. Very expensive, dead on a Sunday, I wouldn't go back. Vaduz for the game. Easily the most stunning scenery for a football match and the fan zone was brilliant. Took the train to Austria, 3 nights in Zell am see, absolutely brilliant. Then 2 days in Salzburg which I'd definitely recommend as a city break. Walkable, picturesque, airport accessible, and the Austrians are so hospitable.

Zwettler Zwickl in Salzburg.

Scotia and Clutha are very close together and don't look great from the outside but great boozers on the inside. Smokin fox, Admiral Woods and Rhoderick dhu just outside Central station, as is The Horseshoe. Plenty down merchant City, even the O'Neils is decent. You can't go wrong in the city centre, even the Greene King one close to George Sq is ok for a laugh, Drouthy's. Enjoy.

I went to the fifa museum in Zurich on Sunday. They are fairly trying to big up the tournament as something special and have a dedicated section with all of the kits of the clubs taking part. A young Egyptian lad was getting all excited and proud when he saw his teams kit on show, so perhaps it's a big deal for some of the clubs from other countries.

A German dark beer in Austria served in the most beautiful clay mug. It went down a treat with the goulash soup. I did take a picture, but I can't seem to upload anything nowadays due to the max size limit.

And I'm flying to Zurich tomorrow the Liechtenstein friendly on Monday 😁.

I don't think they've spent more on transfers over the last 5 years than Chelsea, Spurs, Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal.

You'd watch PSG over any side in the EPL. So good to see energy and skill and fearless football.
