What about drawing on expertise from Trades Unions. At least their leaders have experience of representing their members in challenging negotiations with an uneven power balance. Agree with this. Nobody is keeping this squad up. (And for those extremely weirdly banging on about Cooper, that includes him!) Issue is we have the worst talent to wage ratio imaginable. Clear out* needed before we can really begin turn the corner. (*Well except Mads and Fats haha!)

Looks incredible, as does Everton, and as are Arsenal and Tottenham. Not sure why anyone would suggest otherwise.
