The idea of bringing Lascelles on has some sense to it, he is supposed to bring some leadership, some physicality (we lack this so much) and it should be enough to see the game out from that position. The lack of option of a replacement for Winks/Skipp was massive for me. Subs could have been better yet, but I'm on the back of the players rather than King. They should have enough fight about them to see that through, regardless of the subs.

Poor sub or not but lascelles needs to be coming on and getting them together to see that through. Everyone else around him got worse whilst he was on too.

If you're going to make defensive subs, you have to be solid and see it out. King not the first, or the last, to make similar subs but this side is ****ing useless under any sort of pressure. Has to be said that Lascelles has offered no sort of leadership since coming on.

Previous managers would be criticised for bringing the extra centre backs. Opinion pretty much depends on the result. Been far from good this half but important we see this out.
