  1. Anyone expecting this year to be anything but a struggle we’re literally hoping with fingers crossed. We were mostly all in agreement that the core of this side were not Premiership standard. The side needs rebuilding from almost the bottom up. (Mads excluded). That requires money, which I suspect is a bit thin on the ground. Can Ruud transfer all of his playing knowledge (at the top level) into management/coaching. It’s going to be a slow process, an instant turnaround with this side is unrealistic at present. So all we have left is tactics, formation and confidence. We can all hope for is that he has the qualities of Martin O’Neil to achieve just that He’s played in many matches with differing formations to achieve results, again mostly at the top level. I believe he will revert to, what other top sides adopt, playing out from the back to control the game. Hope is ever eternal. Watch this space…….🤞
  2. I have absolutely no idea why Ndidi keeps being selected. The only thing he’s good at is collecting yellow cards. His ability as a forward is zero. Why he wasn’t sent off yesterday is a mystery. Cooper needs to get rid of him asap…..
  3. Rochdale I’ve heard………
  4. You ought to go I’ll guarantee you’d enjoy it.
  5. Climb every Mountain……
  6. You have totally misinterpreted my post. I have been thoroughly supportive of Steve Cooper on this forum. My post was all about his oratory skills when confronted by the media. He needs to address this problem if he is to capture the attention of his audience. It had nothing to do with his coaching abilities. If you had taken a moment to digest my post instead of jumping to conclusions then you would have understood the underlying reason for the comments. I advise you to think before you start accusing people of something you’ve interpreted. Good Manners my friend are in order here……….
  7. I’ve just been watching Steve Coopers pre Everton press update. It became quickly apparent to me the amount of times he says ‘Erm’ its practically in every sentence and sometimes there are two to three on the trot. It’s very distracting to listen to and detracts from the context of his update. Unfortunately it wound me up so much, after five minutes I’d had enough. He doesn’t seem very relaxed or confident when talking to the Media which he must have done hundreds of times. And he really needs to alter his tone because it becomes a bit of a drone to listen to. Sharpen up Steve if you want people to listen to what you have to say………
  8. There’s one thing I’ll say about Vesty is that he spots players in space quite quickly and more that often delivers a very good telling pass. That quality is imperative in the Premiership.
  9. Who has actually deemed this lad as ‘Highly Rated’ This term gets used a lot without any proof whatsoever…. If he is actually highly rated why have Chelsea sold him instead of putting him out on loan ……..
  10. I cannot understand the negativity and childish remarks on this board. You have to give this man a chance, the Club has. He may turn out to be a decent coach, the Forest fans certainly took to him. If it doesn’t work out then so be it, that’s life, he won’t be the first coach to fail. Personally I hope he is successful, he has a really tough job on his hands and needs the support of the fans, so let’s be grown up about it and suppress those negative waves, as the great Donald Sutherland used to say…….
  11. Immature and Childish, grow up and give everyone due respect.
  12. Delusions of Grandeur at such an early stage of his career. And it certainly doesn’t look good on his CV. Will it end in tears, we will have to see…..
  13. When all said and done it’s the players that play the game, they must take the majority of the blame for these lacklustre performances. They never really seem up for the game. They haven’t got a terrier’s attitude, they never seem to fight tooth and nail in any match, they seem to almost expect to win. But Enzo’s style of play still rankles me…….
  14. Ndidi will never make a striker as long as he’s got an hole in his arse. he has no spatial awareness, his thought processes are not aligned the same as a striker’s instincts. Why Maresca cannot see that I don’t know……
