It's definitely possible to be successful through predominately academy players, whether I think we are able to actually follow that kind of structure is another point. You'd also usually expect it to be a mixture of ages though, a group of senior pros that came through whilst continuing to integrate the next group.

Australian wickets have definitely been doing a bit more over recent years, so I don't think we need to be over reliant on the very quick lads, but be good to have the ability to have someone be hostile for a few spells every match. Do think we could turn them over, but a lot will come down to how the first test plays out
