Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)
Tommy Fresh replied to lcfc_forever's topic in Transfer Talk
Not playing when the windows open and a move looks likely, is very different to refusing to play and throwing a strop once it shuts, especially if he fancies playing for Morocco in a massive year. -

We'll all take Don Goodman though when you get Prutton and McAnuff as well -

Big year for Morocco as well, he can't afford to sulk if he stays anyway -
Nah he's just better then Skipp

If it's not worth it, you are also slightly aware it's probably not a great thing to say
-
Would you care to elaborate?

James Justin sold to Leeds United - Official

It's also a lot easier to shift lads who are quite clearly good eggs -
Don't footballers whinge about artificial pitches quite a lot due to them causing more injuries
-
Not sure if I imagined this, but I thought to be able to sign and register as a free agent outside a window for a new club, you had to be a free agent before the window closed.

Crying at this going over people's heads

Problem is, Tony Bloom is behind pushing moneyball at Brighton, just having a wider/better scouting network probably doesn't help adopting that model. You'd need all staff behind the scenes comfortable and buying in to it, you'd also need the higher ups to be willing not to change what the strategy is with every new manager and actually hire people to fit the model.

James Justin (signed for Leeds, official. 10m.)
Tommy Fresh replied to SouthStandUpperTier's topic in Transfer Talk
Yeah he had a few nightmares, but did seem to get caught out a lot having to come inside for centre halves that had gone walkabout -
You could post this in the Skipp thread and no one would question it, Soumare has been a terrible signing but he's has at times given us all false hope he's going to kick on, the most encouraging thing we've ever seen from Skipp is a 5 yard sideways pass.
-
He absolutely hasn't I genuinely can't think of a single moment where I've thought Skipps done something well. Skipp and work rate, I beg your pardon? Did you see the effort Coventry had yesterday, where Skipp wasn't anywhere to be seen, then made absolutely zero effort to put pressure on him
-
You laugh but says all you need to know about Skipp

Bilal El Khannouss (Stuttgart loan, official)
Tommy Fresh replied to lcfc_forever's topic in Transfer Talk
Should definitely get as much as we can, Bilal can't afford to toss this season off if he doesn't leave anyway -
I could probably watch some clips now and see him pass forward to Fatawu numerous times and not lose it. Fair enough you clearly don't like the bloke, but at least just acknowledge he was very good yesterday.

Against an absolutely knackered Wednesday side, he got clear yesterday for his decent chance and they managed to get back in shape -
Soumare who was comfortably better than him
-
Did he lose it going forward yesterday? Remember him playing forward to Fatawu a number of times yesterday

Tommy Fresh replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Playing Ayew means a centre half can follow and press him all the way in to our half, because he makes zero effort to turn his man and even if he did he hasn't got the pace to get clear of them. Noticeable as soon as Daka came on the first thing he did was try and spin Jones who had to bring him down, because Daka was gone -

I knew when you meant haha, but that goal wasn't remotely close to playing out from the back -
