You can't just fast track 15 year olds. He should be in the squad if they think he is ready and its right for his development. I am all for giving youth minutes and we should be pushing him and Alves more, but neither can be fast track to success. Either they are ready / good enough or they aren't.

The dont know. It will all be largely intelligent guesswork based on previous submissions and what they assume will be added to the accounts through transfer activity. With Ward, he was given a situation where both our no 1 and 2 keepers were injured. Iversen is shocking playing out the back (far worse than many of us care to admit), and we don't know how close Jakub was to starting against Wolves. I think it's likely that everyone assumed changing the defensive setup to accommodate Iversen was counter productive, especially is Jakub was out for at maximum one more game. The bigger issue is that Ward and Iversen are still at the club. With JJ - we have no one else. Riccy is injured, and many forget that Hamza has big mistakes in him every game. If he had played Hamza, I can guarantee everyone would be listing that as one of his biggest mistakes. We need to sign for this position desperately. He swaps the defenders when he wants pace, which makes sense to me. Also makes sure that everyone is getting minutes. Furthermore, Vesty got injured last game hence was subbed off earlier.

He's played about 25 mins of PL football for us. I remember he looked really poor against Walsall. Has he been injured and just struggling for any fitness?

On the face of it, probably not a bad decision. However, as this is Leicester City so if we do that then BEK gets an ACL against QPR.

Regardless of what everyone thinks of him, Faes is an international and has in the past been linked to bigger clubs. I can see him doing ok abroad and can see a club paying enough to cover his amortised fee. Im not sure he will have the appetite to mess around in the Championship again, and if he does he gets dangerously close to the end of his contract.

No one is buying Coady surely, and he seems in favour with Ruud. I think we could get half decent money for Faes and its now probably time for him to go.
