Leeds suffered their own smash and grab on Saturday. Liverpool and Arsenal couldn't put anything away at all yesterday. I honestly don't think putting 2 up top or knackering Riccy R up as an overlapping wing back roles changes anything. It's all mental and it's going to take a single moment of 'something' to break the cycle.

I have no expectation we will be anywhere that level again. Its been carefully made sure of. Best we can hope for is a Brentford / Fulham style stay in the PL which will largely come from smart recruitment. But i expect Brentford to be in serious danger of relegation next season. It hard to maintain.

I thought he has come across excellently in recent interviews. Met him after the Birmingham game and my boy made him laugh.

Simple - pressure. His chance arrived due to injuries to other players. His chance came along and he took it, at a time where there really wasn't too much pressure on him or the team. If he failed, he would have been in the same position as before. He played really well and had good stats, and we kicked on as a team. When the expectation kicks in, the pressure goes up. He then starts ahead of the other 3 and we expect the same stats as before. He's just not been able to deal with and deliver against the expectation.

Thought he looked pretty honest to be fair. I am sure he knows a big part of it is the quality of the players being able to mentally see this out.

And he isn't being picked for a reason.

No he hasn’t. Good games at home against Norwich and Birmingham. Recency bias is a nightmare. How anyone thinks nacho deserves to start ahead of mavadidi makes my mind boggle.

Personally think it looks great. Hate conventional suits and tuxs. Fair play to him, and only spent a few days wages on it anyway.

We have 4 more games left of him before he goes to a better run club where he might get some success. He’s not perfect, but he always puts a shift in. Cherish these last 4 games.

Not convinced Barnes is having a good season. He had a good game the other week but it takes more than that. Spurs fans hate madders right now. Not seen Evan’s have a good game.

Just blaming it on the system is playing into rhetoric that this is the best bunch of players to ever play in the Championship. They really aren't. The genesis of this squad leaked goals like you wouldn't believe last season. Just switching to 4-3-3 would create different issues and I genuinely don't believe that Riccy or JJ would have been able to play anywhere near the amount of games they have, nor would Doyle or Jannik have been able to be as influential as they are in another system. The inverted role has been exploited by smash and grabs on too many occasions now. But the inverted role will work better for the remaining games (maybe Preston will be the exception). I would expect it to be more like the Norwich game from here on where Riccy was immense all game and transitioned between the in and out of possession roles really well.

The sad thing its pretty much the case. However, for one reason or another, Daka has completely lost the plot in the last few games. Friday was almost a complete meltdown from him. I liked what i saw from Cannon. His best attribute is a lovely clean strike. That goal against Millwall in the cup was lovely. He should be the future. But something is clearly being managed here. He's just back from another injury, so it makes sense that Daka and Vardy have been used. If everything is right with him, then I can see him starting on Saturday. But right now i think thats a big if.

Fatawu was immense last few home games. Don’t think he should be dropped.

It’s obvious. The one that didn’t play must be the reason why we didn’t win. Same with Sharky. Our striker situation is mad. Vardy can play on a Monday and everyone will proclaim that he’s past it and must dropped. Play a different striker next game and everyone is shouting it’s mad Vardy didn’t start. We are back to the issue must be because we’ve not played cannon or nacho. Cannons been injured. We don’t really know if he’s match fit for this responsibility.

Not having this. Who do we contact. You chaps have put hard work in and fans have donated good money. It’s not good enough.
