Not picking sides here but it’s been like that for a long time that the first 3-5 rows have the elderly sitting while everyone else stands. Not sure why being so close to the pitch is important, it’s a flat god awful view and you’ll get to see more of the game and understand the decisions a lot more half way up. Plus there ain’t a lot of chanting down the front.. I’d be as well to re assess next time you book tickets
