Poor atmosphere today im afraid.. nothing to get excited about even though it was one of the better home games of the season. New Bobby song sounds like a hit but I couldn’t exactly make out the words and as many times as I go over it in my head I can’t think of the tune 😁 Not a massive fan of skipp but the last few games he’s played ok so he’s finally got a short and simple chant.. I do get a bit jealous of seeing other clubs having their sing songs as it really does bring it home how simple we are as a fanbase.. we desperately need some new material which is probably why I think at times the section stalls a bit. As shown with the Jordan James chant, it can be done.

Either Jakub needs dropped or marti needs sacking for the goal kick routine alone.. absolute dog sh*te the way vesty stands there for an eternity, the ref taps his watch indicating that added time will put on.. he passes it to jakub who nervously passes it around the pen area to someone or there is an oncoming opposition striker. Theyve nearly been caught out sooo many times and it won’t be long before it actually causes a goal and leaves them red face and looking at each other bewildered.. FFS give it up

But they’ll sell out within first two windows so people ain’t that bothered..

I’m all for showing a bit of negative opinions if the players are taking the piss out the fans like they did in the first 4 minutes. But to flip it around slightly, in the pre kick off team announcements it ain’t great to hear half the team being booed when their picture is on the screens before a ball has been kicked.. And then when they went 3 up, some people were actively celebrating.. atmosphere was very strange today first half.. why is it not continuous rudkin, marti or king power out chants? Instead it was silent

I was just about to mention this.. we stayed until the end but see when it went 3-2 and people were just strolling out on 85 mins without a care in the world, an absolute stain on the fanbase….. walking back to the station I overhead two United supporters saying that Leicester won the award for the worse home fans they have seen this season. Even at 3-2 we were piss poor. You can’t even disagree with that..

As mentioned I think the Southampton game end of the promotion season. Wasn’t the form dipping after losses against millwall and Plymouth. After beating West Brom it was a crunch match against Southampton and they demolished them with ease, made it look easy.. Walked out thinking I’d of hated to have missed that one

Thats a serious case of damned if you do, damned if you don’t.. i said in another post the other day I think there needs to be another verse just above it as per the actual song lyrics which would make it sound and flow much better. but then the trouble is to the majority of the fans it would be too long so they would struggle with the words.. the songs that really take off are just generic football chants which have been around for centuries. Leicester fans can’t and won’t break out of that cycle.

Although what’s being mentioned is absolutely terrible.. Is there uproar when United fans are singing it around old Trafford as a fanbase? Same lyrics Man City are going to die, cut them up from head to toe? What if the lads involved just said it’s banter? Social media is a powerful thing and this has blown up massively.. 100% agree it ain’t the best chant though
