  1. COME ON FOXES! HOLD OUT!
  2. Was sure that was a goal, what a save. Fantastic from Riccy though
  3. Sneaky feeling we'll get three points here, Daka should thrive against these lot Fantastic to have Vards back and on the bench, what an impact sub he could be later on - Come on you foxes!
  4. I think there'll be scope for that this summer - alongside shipping out deadwood and strengthening in a few areas, the club needs to make sure they spend time finding the perfect loans for some of the young lads. Maybe going back to places we've loaned out to before like Luton as we've seemingly got a good relationship with them and reading that KDH article it's clear that the manager there valued him massively before he even arrived. Don't like the club just shipping youngsters to anyone that'll take them - as we've seen with Leuven and a few others they get way less playing time than they would with the u23's and it stagnates them a bit
  5. No matter what happens with the main team and if the season doesn't amount to anything, the youngsters in the academy are absolutely flourishing. A category one academy absolutely full to the brim with fantastic talent, we're set for a while in terms of youth graduates coming through - feels like the start of something a little bit special! Can just see in 2-3 year's time our main squad having quite a few homegrown grads. Brilliant news regarding the 15 new deals though, hope some of them can get some championship loans next season straight away
  6. Corr blimey. Maybe the lads just shit it every time they see him come on as they know we always concede. I'm not BR out but constantly bringing Vestergaard in these positions hasn't worked the other ten times we've tried it so why he persists I do not know. Again I feel like I'm saying what everyone else is saying but I've never seen a 6 foot 7 player be so physically inept. Can't believe the daylight robbery Southampton have pulled hasn't been investigated by the Met but then again, nothing is nowadays.
  7. Survived longer against these lot than forest so far - keep it up lads!
  8. He'll make a great impact sub in the second half when we need some legs though, can run around like a maniac for 30+ mins or so
  9. No pressure on them tonight, Liverpool will always be the favourites at Anfield - fingers crossed we can keep our heads up and give ourselves a better showing with more effort than Sunday, regardless of the result. Come on City!
  10. Smoke screen for something? Doesn't scream inspiring for being part of our so called overhaul this summer
  11. Hope the club make it clear that themselves and Bertrand will be going separate ways in the summer. I also thought he'd be a decent back up much like Fuchs was but it would be disrespectful to Fuchs to put him anywhere near his level in reality. Hasn't really given a toss about putting in a shift for any game and just used to amble back every time in transition. Think I saw something like we had 1 win in his 9 starts for the club. Doesn't help that the backline he's alongside has been dross as well though. God what an awful, awful signing he has been. And to give him number 5 as well...
  12. Did wonder if he was one of the player's Brendan was referring to post match with "Too many players think they are top players but are a long way off" - most people here have already said it but I have absolutely no clue what happened to the Cags of 19/20. I'd say in 19/20 he was easily one of the best CB's in the league barring that Bournemouth game yet here we are two years on with a player who's an accident waiting to happen every game, putting in calamitous performances whilst wanting a move to a big European club... Is it the coaching? I'm struggling to see that even if Brendan was moved on that Cags would be able to go back his peak. Fingers crossed we can get a bit of form out of him before the end of the season and get a decent fee from someone.
  13. This. It's all too nicey-nice on the sideline when we're under the cosh and making mistakes. I'd die to have someone on the sidelines ripping into the players and rather than clapping every pass round the back.
  14. A prestigiously faithful fox online and in person - devastating to read his recent tweets especially given the news. Taken way too quickly - RIP Liam 💔 🦊
  15. I'd look at the above (HOI4) for a very easy way to sink a lot of hours into something, but that's more of a management strategy game where if you want something more involved in a battle, Men Of War Assault Squad 2 still holds up as a pretty good game.
  16. Two good, late goals in two games for Madivadua... Real good crop of youngsters starting to come through and perform under Petty
