ONeil I agree not ideal but with a good backroom staff to me has some merit.... but for saying all of that the club do not seem to have the imputus to look elsewhere and do so background as teams like Brighton do ... so we continually keep mentioning the same names over and over again

I think O'Neil would be a fair shout ... young, ambitious and something to prove ... no compensation to pay ... perfect fit
