True, here the PL has a different rule for handballs, a bit more fair for the defenders. The majority of european leagues though award a penalty for almost every handball inside the box which is ruining the sport. True. I was about to write about this new "modern" style of play which these defenders can't obviously follow and implement perfectly. A lot of goals every weekend are a result of this kind of mistakes by the defenders trying to play from the back.
