IMO the strategy would be to let them rot in the reserves or just get rid, we've done neither. I'd be quite happy if Faes rots in the reserves and misses out on the World cup, it's what he deserves.

We don't have a negotiating position, these players are on a fortune and we need to comply with PSR. We'll do well to a get any fee for them, a loan with 100% wages payed is our starting point and if we get anyone stupid to pay a transfer fee that's a bonus IMO.

That doesn't make sense they've played poorly for at least a year and they're still here. No one will pay for Daka or Winks when they'll be available in the summer for free. The best we can hope for is a loan with 100% of their wages payed, which will save approx £3 million and that's 75% of JJs transfer fee. Enzo had a strong character and will, but this forum would have sacked him after defeats to Millwall and Plymouth. Lampard is doing a great job at Cov, but 99% of the forum turned their nose up at him when we were looking to replace Enzo. Marti probably isn't the right man, I've no confidence we'll replace him with the right man, so I would give him another 6 - 12 months to try and build something. We've become a very average team of overpaid willy pullers and need several seasons to reset and rebuild everything again.

Yes we're a mess Marti should be doing better. I don't see any point replacing a manager until the structure that appoints the manager is replaced otherwise they'll get it wrong again like the last 3 attempts. This squad is disgusting and blaming the manager all the time is an easy option.

Yes, because this squad doesn't have any pace in defence or midfield, basics like work ethic, desire to fight for each other and missing a striker. They haven't played for the last 3 managers, either the confidence is gone, or they're are some serious divisions in the squad.

Why set another manager up to fail on this abysmal squad, we need to shift as much of this shit by the end of the season and start a fresh then with a proper manager.
