No we don't, we may have broken the rules and found a loophole, but it's not right the PL can change their rules on jurisdiction and re-apply them to historical accounts. They decided not to close the loopholes Chelsea found selling hotels, training grounds, women's teams to themselves, to comply. Yet they decide to close our loophole, that's corrupt, vindictive and applying rules to suit your own agenda. The purpose of a governing body, is to ensure fairness and regulate but not influencing outcomes.

That's utter rubbish about shopping at QPR, you've basically dismissed any lower level managers ability to progress and that we should always appoint from bigger clubs.

This is pure speculation, unless you have links to Marti or the club? Most managers leave their unsettled players out in August if they're being linked with moves. Marti has struggled and tried just about every player in the squad in search of a solution.

I agree we should be doing better, but the squad is much weaker than under Enzo. We're missing KDH, Ndidi, Vardy and Iheanacho from that team. Enzo is clearly a much better coach than Marti and would have this team in the playoffs though IMO.

We're crap now, but we've assembled a squad of players with very few fighters. It's not a description you would use for many of our players even when playing at their primes for previous clubs. James and Fatawu play with desire, Faes and Hamza show fight but are hated, Okoli will put his body on the line. Winks and Ayew look like they care IMO. All our other players aren't those types of characters and only look good in a confident team.

Agree, but we had 3 very good chances for this to be a comfortable win. Daka missed an easier header than JJs goal. Fatawu and JJ both shot when Daka was open in the penalty area for a easy finish.

Totally agree, none of the are ready to start for Leicester, and unfortunately Alves is injury prone after the horror challenge.

I don't understand your point, football players play because they are professionals and it's 'work'. Players are on relatively short contracts and will play for several clubs over a career. Those with families will not uproot them to move to their latest team, it's not just a Leicester thing.

We need to manage the game, or stop the cross. He had the run on Okoli and would have scored against any of our smaller RBs. In general he had a decent game, looked solid but should have scored. Anyway I want Nelson to keep his place, and to not play Skipp, Soumare or Hamza alongside Winks. James linked well with Fatawu so can stay at 10 as we don't have other options. If Ricky P plays RB, then Soumare will play alongside Winks for a physical presence, so IMO the best solution is Ricky P alongside Winks and Okoli at RB for additional height and presence.

Had a good game last night and hopefully keeps his place, Ricky P will be back for Norwich, I would play him alongside Winks and keep Okoli at RB. Whilst Okoli isn't great on the ball, he's a solid defender and also adds a physical presence.

Maybe in preseason he was going on the fact we've just been relegated from the PL and he thought we had some quality in the squad, but obviously the reality is completely different. I don't want to sack another manager, but as each week passes we look increasingly worse. I don't know why that is, he's chopped and changed the lineup quite alot, dropped players after bad performances, maybe upset a few egos. We don't look a happy camp or Marti just can't coach. We have to get rid of the dead wood and high earners before we can even think about a rebuild. So unless we're in serious danger of relegation I would keep him until at least the end of the season, and then re-evaluate if he's the right man to trust with the task. On a positive Ben Nelson looked good tonight and has to keep is position.

That's all he can do, but I don't see anyone buying Daka, Soumare or Winks in January when they're leaving on a free in the summer. Maybe we can hope Faes and VK are sold in January, that would be a start.

It's diabolical but Okoli should have scored and if Fatawu can actually pass, Carranza has a very good chance to score.

He's a slimey cvnt, he's top of my list of who's to blame along with Rudkin and Top. I don't understand how in a professional organisation it's possible to mis-communicate to the extent the manager thinks he's getting a squad refresh, and as a result alienates half his squad and then has to back-track. If Top had any balls he would have fired them both that pre-season for such a huge fcuk-up. I'll be very surprised if he takes the Wolves job, they won't be able to back him in January and his ego couldn't cope.
