We seem to have the same story unfold season after season with these players like Winks. I wonder if every club has these ‘tools down’ type of players or is it just a Rudkin/weak owner thing.

Agents will be on overtime with the likes of Winks and Skipp desperate for moves. Not entirely convinced with some of these kids, would have been far better showing them the ropes in the championship to prepare for league one but Rowett has held them back. There’s not a single player who’s played for us this season that I’d be disappointed to see leave apart from James.

I can honestly see them dropping to £15 in some areas for midweek games. Every penny will count. A quick calculation, if they keep 11500/ roughly 50% of the season tickets at an average of £400 (higher rates in some areas, lower rates for kids and u22s) that income pays for ‘WINKSY’ for his final 12 months. They are well and truly in the brown stuff.

Have seen a couple of videos from yesterday, one from our end, one from a Portsmouth stand showing our end of the ground. Post match it looks like pretty much everyone was giving the players some stick. No doubt the coach one lot went early but it still looks 95% capacity and full of vitriol. I doubt it’ll be the same at home, not sure if KPFC travels beyond the county before getting scared and wanting mummy.

Not sure about the team right now, but agree on King, no other reason for him to be here at this moment if he wasn’t going to be in charge next season.

I think Rowett holding the young lads back could now have created a bit of anxiety in them. The fans are 100% right to have a go but as a young kid being thrust into this mess now, with a crowd that has its back up, I wouldn’t fancy it myself, even though they aren’t to blame, these boys are still developing, they need leaders, there aren’t any. Rowett will change very little for both home games, and they’ll go down with a whimper, We might see a few of the academy lads at Blackburn is my prediction.

Turn it into Centerparcs, that’s how the players have treated it.
