There’s a data analyst at the club called Georgina, I think she does a lot of work around identifying targets, as far as I’m aware she works solely for the women’s team. Been there a while, not sure who she reports to.

Lisa Pearce was the director and handled contract renewals and a lot of the stuff that Kirk once did aside from shagging playing staff, but she left in December, by all accounts she was utter crap and knew nothing about Football. I don’t know who has taken over if anyone, and not sure how involved Rudkin is.

Often think Kasper had the foresight to see the club was going to take a sharp decline, he had mentioned a desire to play in Europe again a few months earlier.
