86/87 team under Bryan Hamilton was poor but Pleat took it to new lows. Peter Taylors squad was largely horrendous, but for sheer dislike of players, and utter shitshows, this is as bad as I’ve seen it. I was very young when I saw my first game in the 80/81 season, can’t really remember much about the team back then.

Should be repeatedly beaten with a clapper if this is true.

Peter Taylor’s side is a strong rival, Ayew makes Junior Lewis look like a seasoned pro.

It’s bad when teams like Palace take the p1ss, not once but twice in a season. They’ve not only had our pants down with Ayew, they’ve royally fisted us with Edouard.

Any last grain of hope has gone with that tonight, time to get 2 or 3 academy lads in and prepare them for the championship. Reid, Ayew, Faes, Kristiansen should not start another game and be moved on in the summer. Not a single defender would get into any PL team apart from Southampton.
