  1. He may actually scoop the worst loan striker award that is currently held and retained by Roman Bednar since 2010/11.
  2. A big loud Rudkin out chant tonight please if you are attending.
  3. If they want the place full, don’t make a midweek 8.15 kick off, 3 weeks before Christmas v West Ham a category B game. Assholes!
  4. It’s desperate stuff when we are talking about including Thomas, Hamza, Faes, Kristiansen and Coady. Ruud really is up against it.
  5. Keep a check on the FA cup 3rd round draw soon to be made, if we get a home tie then tickets should be more accessible for you. Providing we don’t pull out a top 3 side or a team like Forest, Cov, Leeds etc where tickets might still be sold to anyone with a booking history, you should get options to buy in most areas.
  6. I think Ruby will get some time v Switzerland. The girls that I go with to LCFC women games went yesterday, they are goal starved, having done all the aways so far and a trip to Wembley it’s still only Rantalas goal on the opening day that they’ve seen 😂 not counting last weeks Brighton penalties. Sophie Howard’s Scotland also played out a 0-0 draw v Finland and need to win in Helsinki on Tuesday.
  7. Jo Blythe. ITV Weather.
  8. Gets worse every season, everything on a plate and more handed to them. Most of them not the sharpest tools in the box, and paid silly money, comes from the (Khun) top down.
  9. Man City away, then Birmingham in the league cup followed by Chelsea at home. Christmas break after Chelsea, first game back in mid Jan will be an FA cup tie.
  10. He’s been given chance after chance, useless grinning mess of a defender.
  11. He wants his own clapper
  12. When I grow up I want to be…. A furniture ombudsman. 😂😂
  13. Sorry to disappoint them but Robin Hood was only a story too.
  14. Vardy when he first greets RVN and reminds him he broke his record.
  15. Is that Wout Faes at the end of his contract in 2036 (extended by Rudkin)
  16. Paul Heaton next month at Wolves Civic
  17. Depends largely on the pricing structure for tickets. To be honest, I expected a European night or three, to at least have a better atmosphere than it did, the away fans took great delight in throwing punches and causing mayhem, we couldn’t raise a song and when I started one, the bloke in front turned round and looked at me like I’d peed on his kids Christmas presents.
  18. Correct, we tore up sporting blue/green newspapers for ticker tape, we would sing half an hour before kick off on terraces not on a concourse, we looked forward to Saturday and spoke about the game until the following Tuesday. Today our ‘in bowl’ experience consists of light shows, clappers, hyped up pa announcers and half n half scarf wavers sat next to you. And yes, we may be old, but give me those match atmospheres any day over these ‘customer experience’ goons who come up with this matchday dross. I started a song the last time I went and those around me in SK3 looked at me like I was a visiting fan 😂
  19. Maybe it’s people in general? Go to a gig and I don’t think they are the same either for atmosphere, people with phones out etc. I personally feel so far detached from Football, the prices for tickets, the way these players rate themselves as godlike, a stadium referred to as ‘in bowl’ and by the sound of it a new PA Announcer that’s utter cringe. My last men’s home games were Napoli, Warsaw and Moscow, I’ve not missed it one bit, I can sit on the sofa in silence just like the seat in the stadium only I’ve still got £70 in my pocket at home!
  20. If Rudkin is in charge of the next appointment, there’s every chance we’ll see Pardew here on a 5 year deal.
  21. Sad news, a great commentator, never got tired of hearing him. I remember one night we beat Cambridge 3-1 at their place (not the play off season when we played them) and he was so excited when Joachim scored he almost forgot he was on air. I cant remember who was commentator before him, all I remember is Bleddyn Jones with the Tigers and those magical words…’we are now heading over to Filbert Street’ RIP
  22. Didn’t realise at the time, was too focused on the initial shot but yes, looks well on. Frustrating.
  23. We don’t, because of poor signings and management, letting the likes of Ben Nelson go out of the door. All I’m saying is a quality manager will move these out and make loan signings perhaps. When Cooper came in he talked up how youth would be key, yet he’s frozen out Alves, shipped out Braybrooke and Nelson and let Cannon go too. Then you have Rudkin giving out 3 year deals to 32 year olds. This next manager not only has to keep us up, he’ll need to overhaul the squad.
