I know what you mean I got into it all to get my kids off tech as I'd done a tiling job fir someone who works at Games Workshop. He gave us a ton of stuff and I dived in. I'm the most unlikely convert to the whole niche but as I've told others if it ain't hurting anyone then crack on.🤣

I'm looking at a skirmish game called the barons war....no more than 15/20 models each side. Nice models for it as well.

Definitely a nerd 🤣 I tend to play astra militerium and my lad plays Tau.....although I'm not very good at it I can never remember all the rules and add on bits.

Just wondering if anyone plays any table top wargames or paints and builds models? Started around four years ago as a way to get my kids off tech and discovered how therapeutic it can be. Just wondering if any others enjoy the hobby.

Every now and then I use my brother or nephews ticket (don't tell the powers that be....probably ban us all) and I've noticed in regards the singing section that the first three or four rows sing then nothing behind. I reckon loads want to say their in the singing section but don't want to contribute. And the excuse that they don't know the words is rubbish as well because after a few minutes of listening even I can pick up most of the chants and I'm an old codger. Would be great to try and get more like minded in one area so here's hoping.

It's a decent game ....nice looking abd plays well. People can communicate if they want be ive not heard anyone talking yet. However it doesn't ruin the experience like it would on hell let loose.

Isonzo on xbox gamepass....bit like hell let loose but a bit more simple. Nice to just puck up and play.

Thought we didn't look too bad today. Ref was ....questionable but lots of positives. Didn't think villa looked that special and on another day we could have got something. Could be worse ....could be Everton...🤣

In regards to the drinks selection I'm amazed there's no choice of AF beer. I know that's not for everyone but some of us don't drink or are able to drink for one reason or another. Some decent AF lagers and I.P.A's now.

Would send an email to the club however I don't want them to know who I am as it wouldn't take long to realise I'm not a member and family lend me their tickets when they can't make it. Prob ban my brother and nephew for passing the ticket on to a non member ...shock horror....the sort of "fan" they don't want.

I'm the same. If my brother or nephew can't go, I usually take up the ticket and chuck em some drinks or cash for the pleasure......I'm not in a position to afford a full season ticket and this has worked for us for a number of years.

Oh that makes it more of a clat borrowing my nephew or brothers season ticket card for a game.

Just purchased the first.....bit late to the game. Also chivalry 2 is decent and reminds me a bit of KCD

Done it loads.....its ridiculous that the club are so draconian about it. Always enjoy it in the singing section....also had some young curly haired lad in front of me leading a lot of the chants so felt I better make some noise and not let my nephew down 🤣🤣👍
