What makes this worse is the fact we where in a really strong position competing well in the Prem. Losing our owner who knew how to run the club in such a manner was gutting and to see those at the top not having a clue and squandering everything that was acheived makes this much worse. Complete rebuild from top to bottom needed.....going to be in the wilderness for quite some time now unless the club gets sold to folk who know how to run a club.

Agree with board games ive drifted into ww2 table top game flames of war. I now find myself building then painting model units to then use in a game....think more complex chess.

Hardest time is in the evening when my wifes watching soaps and such. That was the time id doom scroll. Now lookong for other things to occupy my time. Good luck with your social media withdrawl.

Yes the books really good and highlights the huge dangers of the zone....the film.....hints at dangers but never shows any. Its literally three blokes walking through a factory with huge speeches about philosophy. I will say though that the cinematography IS very good. Ultimately though it claimed the life of the main star due to wading through highly toxic and polluted water and debris.

Anyone watched the old soviet stalker film? Supposed to be a masterpiece but whilst visually very good is in my opinion the dullest walk through an old factory with three dudes going. I read the book few years back and thats extremly good but the film has very little in connection. However it consistently gets fantastic reviews. Im convinced its a film people say they've seen but in truth haven't.

I'm the same ....I actually loath this fixture.

This fixture over the years gets my hopes up but inevitably end up losing. It's like they've got a voodoo curse on us. Just know it's gonna be either a tight 1-0 to them after it's spooned in or they go and wallop 5 past us .....sorry for the negativity. I obviously Hope we do get something but I'm not holding my breath.

Not video game related but partial to a ww2 table top wargame called flames of war......the whole building and painting side of it as well. Video game wise drop in to stellaris console edition and Izonso (spelt wrong I think)

End of an era but what a player he's been for us ......hope he goes to another league though .....be gutted to see him playing for another English side.
