Odd question to ask but do these European “ultras” (or whatever you want to call them - loud European fanbases) drink before a game? Whats the football drinking culture like in the mainland? And does it affect the atmosphere?
-
Wow. These Parisians are proper.

It doesn’t make sense to me why he is getting minutes when he’s going off to another club. Surely we’d be better off giving minutes to Evans, Page etc.

Wow. We’re getting torn apart.

Does one of his sons play for the academy?

I guess his lack of pace (even though he’s not “slow”) is why he’s more naturally a 10.

What the ****. Aaron Ramsey as a player manager? How odd.

Liverpool (H) - Pre-Match Thread (20th April)

Maybe. But there’s also a reason for that. Which is a conversation for another day. But I also wouldn’t be pinning the fact that the stadium will have a fair few “Scouse” fans in the home end solely because the city/fanbase has a few Asian members. -

😂😂 Clueless. I’m what you’d consider an “Asian” fan. Even though I don’t speak a word of my mother tongue and 3 generations of my family have lived in Leicester. Would never resell a ticket to an opposition fan. And I’m fairly sure that the majority of those selling their £20 ticket for £200 are not Asian either. Pointless making this a race thing when there’s literally no need to. -

If there are clear to see Liverpool fans in our end (celebrating, wearing colours etc), they deserve a bit of disorder. The club I mean, for selling tickets to them scousers. And the “scousers” for turning up in our end. -

Applications for a 25/26 Season Ticket as a Member
niyaminski replied to niyaminski's topic in Ticket News and Travel
Will be interesting to see how many points gets you a ST this year. Without a doubt it’ll be the lowest threshold in the last 7/8 years. On one hand, the general consensus on here is that there feels to be (in my opinion) a 65:35 ratio as to who’s renewing against who isn’t. That means roughly 8,000 new ST holders next season. I doubt that many members will even apply. So possibly even a chance of general sale. On the other hand, I feel there are many people not on here who are more of a happy clapper type. The “I’ve had it for 20 years and would never ever give it up” type. And the threshold may be the same as normal… Impossible to tell… I do wonder tho; 1. How many ST holders are actively on here 2. The exact number of members we have… some say around 10,000 but that does seem to be quite a small number given most games have an attendance of 31,000 (before we got even shitter then we were under Coops and lost all hope) -
Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast
niyaminski replied to Ric Flair's topic in Leicester City Forum
Anticipate this being an unpopular opinion. Reading through some of the comments, I find it a bit odd that people turn a podcast off simply because they hear an opinion they don’t like. Whoever this Guy is, he’s come through our academy, played professional football, and has worked for the club in developing young players. More knowledge of the industry than most on here I’d assume. Also has Louis Page in his agency I think, so clearly still has an eye on us. If someone who’s spent their whole career bringing through young players says playing 6 boys straight from the academy in a game won’t work (not only for the club, but for the development of the players), he’s probably right. As supposed to some FT poster who’s probably never been involved in professional football suggesting we should shove 6 of them straight into the starting 11 for the remaining games. Even if you think he’s saying some of what he’s saying for personal PR reasons (which probably is true) there would still be elements of truth/genuine opinion in what he’s saying. Not worth turning it off imo. -
Don’t forget about Kasey and Chillwank.

Let’s hope those times are coming back soon!

I still cheer his goals in and support Newcastle when he’s playing and there’s no negative effect on them winning for us. Crazy the amount of criticism he got when he was here. Gwan Barnsehhhh

Please never put Jamie Vardy in the same list as any of them others again. The goat deserves more than to be banded with BDR and Ayew and Vestergaard…

I play Sunday League and believe me my shirt gets pulled multiple times a game. But I’d feel like an embarrassment if I went down like that. Soft - yet it takes 14 replays to come to a decision. “Clear and obvious mistake” it was. We should be losing 100%. But not like that.
-
I’m sorry what? I don’t care no more and thus have no emotional bias in my opinion that it was never a penno. Lad throws his hands up and falls over like he’s been shot and apparently it’s a penalty. WHAT?!?! Never should that be a pen.

4 minutes and no goals conceded! Bets for when their first will go in? I say 12th minute.

Safe standing - time to act
niyaminski replied to Safe Standing Roadshow's topic in Leicester City Forum
Their atmosphere could’ve been killed by introducing safe standing… … or by the fact they’re on track to have the worst points tally in premier league history. 🤔 -
