Ric Flair Live & Direct on BSLB Podcast
niyaminski replied to Ric Flair's topic in Leicester City Forum
Another good pod and I have to say you covered Brad’s passing very well. Fitting he got his own section, and more unsung heroes like Brad need to be recognised and celebrated. Would be nice if you could get someone like Brad (with a similar lifelong connection to the club, who doesn’t get the praise they deserve) onto the pod in the future? -
- insane amounts of traffic lights - pan being chewed and spat on the pavement - beer cans littered all over the street - lack of greenery in surrounding area - awful parking everywhere - everyone’s a Liverpool or United fan I could go on. My grandparents live nearby. I’m embarrassed of the area and the way people treat it.

Some of my favourites are; The Jungle Club (Checketts Rd) Broadway Bar&Grill Blue Peter Paddys Martins Inn Clowes Arms Tiranga As horrible as it is, your best bet would be taking a stroll down Melton Road.

Was going to say. Very sad news. Apparently he was a great bloke, and as we all found out last season when he was no longer in his job, a great stadium announcer. Will always miss the “and now your Leicester City side!” Over the tannoy as the boys walk out. Rest in peace sir.

Stood at the top of G1 right towards the SK1 corner today. I thought it was a good effort. Can’t believe this is something worth mentioning, but as ridiculous as it sounds, there weren’t many insisting on sitting down in the standing area. Which is good and unexpected knowing our fanbase. Having more people stood up didn’t really seem to have that much of a contribution to the amount of noise generated by the corner. Disappointed that the players/Marti didn’t stay for longer in the corner after the game. Music at that point in time was ridiculous and frankly embarrassing. I’d get (and support) playing it after a crucial win in the run-in, or after beating Cov/Derby, but today was not the time and place. And as mentioned by others, Sheffield Wednesday fans were class.

Monga should’ve been given the 26. He would’ve watched Mahrez when he was 8/9 years old..

Bilal will be gone soon anyway I recon.

How do they allocate the numbers? The club give the players total freedom? Or they tell the academy products who are still breaking through that they have to pick a number greater than 20?

Does anyone have any photos of how it looks from the florentina game? -
I know it’s a Longshot (pardon the pun) but.. if the guy wearing the city shirt that me and my dad briefly saw before Catfish and the Bottlemen (in London, Spuds stadium) is on here, send me a DM and we can go for a pint before Sheff Wed game or Charlton (a).

These two I don’t mind as much. But the others… absolutely pathetic.

Marti out

This basically confirms that Wanya has no future here under Martí.

By the way… How does this game work? We’ve got a bench of ~15, surely not all of them can get on. Are we changing at half time? Is it roll on roll off? Is it 2 45min halves?

Why are we giving minutes to Coady when he’s going to **** off in a few days? His fitness should not be our concern

Who’s this donohue fella

It is.

I happen to be in Vienna this week… And instead of enjoying the holiday with my mates, I’m considering sacrificing a day of actual fun to subject myself to 90 minutes of watching us try and play football. Any idea who we’re playing, where we’re playing and how I can get tickets? (Obviously I know Austria is a big place - I don’t mind travelling a bit if need be) Cheers in advance for enabling my bad decisions.

Was debating seeing these (this weekend) or seeing Catfish and the Bottlemen at Heaton Park.(last month). Ultimately decided to go CATB. I thought the initial hype of the brothers being back together would’ve died down by now, but I fear I’m wrong..

How much of this supposed ”golden generation” is a result of us to moving to Seagrave, as supposed to our recent success? -

What’s this meant to mean? There’s never any ****ing comments from the club anyway, so no need to say this! -
