Iversen was following the model of successful loans to the Championship that then led to first team opportunities (like Barnes, KDH), which made many believe he would be competing with Ward for that #2 spot. I don't think many begrudged Ward a chance, but we didn't need many games to see he clearly wasn't up to it. We don't know what was said or promised when Iversen signed his last deal, but the way we blocked his moves away for the past 3-4 windows when he was essentially never more than third choice (Stolarczyk and Ward were ahead when Maresca joined), is likely not what he was told. He was paid handsomely yes, but it did little to progress his career. In that way I can see why it's suggested he "hasn't been treated well".

Who asked? I'm sorry, but while poor pronunciations can and do irk me, I realise that it's the same all over the globe. We are dreadful at pronouncing foreign names in Denmark too. We have even been so pretentious to give one of our famous dishes a French name (risalamande) only to completely butcher the pronunciation. Danish is a HORRIBLE language to teach to foreigners and the way we spell versus the way we pronounce even gives most Danes a headache. Good of you to point it out, but I wouldn't bother. Also, they don't pronounce VK correctly in general. They are much closer to 'Kristensen', where the emphasis in Kristiansen is on the penultimate syllable (why?!). Mads. The timing of his injury was disastrous. He will likely leave this summer and this would be a fine recognition of what a revelation he has been for us. Probably our best signing since Fofana, although Fatawu may still turn out great for us. Edit: on a more humourous level I'd give it to Monga. He's the only positive footnote in the annals of this season.

Bit late to the party, but Adolescence was stunning. The story, the acting, the filming was so good. It's so relatable in most aspects and I feel it does a good job of showing how many factors there are and how difficult it is to navigate as an adolescent and an adult. So many poignant moments that really hit home. Hugged my sleeping son a few times after I finished the series. Excellent piece of cinema.

Getting hooked on The Bazaar. Steep learning curve with many moving parts, but really well-crafted game which offers incredible flexibility and so many different strategies. Love the asynchronous PVP as well. For a dad with small kids I can effectively rule out any live PVP games.
