We don't need Var, we don't need 5 subs, we dont need an elbow being offside due to a line drawn on the screen, we don't need balls with chips in them, we don't need a 48 team world cup in different countries, we don't need European super leagues and we dont need sin bins....the players know the rules. If you are on a yellow, don't dive in. The beauty of football used to be it was the same game for kids on Sunday parks, dust pitches in Africa or a makeshift wasteground pitch in rio as it was in the world cup final and it became the most popular game on earth. I may be a dinosaur but the only change I think has improved the game was bringing in the back pass rule. UEFA, FIFA f*#k off and leave OUR game alone.

Absolutely mine too. It helped I was a teenager though and Leicester city were everything to me before kids and houses and life took priority. That may be the difference....lots of young lads being able to get a ticket with their mates and just rock up and make some noise

Great days. Granted we werent great then and we have had far greater success in recent years but for two hours in those days Leicester city were the be all and end all of everything to everyone there. The excitement levels were something else. Good days.

On a serious note. Top of the league since about October. Clear at the top with a good cushion, winning most weeks. I can't see what there is to criticise. If you find it boring, go and paint the spare room on Saturdays and let some new blood get a ticket.....assuming general sale continues. I cannot see any other manager in the list of usual suspects who could have made city as effective as they are at the moment

There are a hell of a lot of tickets still not sold for this one. I can only put it down to it being a rearranged fixture on a weeknight. Good opportunity for casual fans to make the most of general sale though. Win needed after an average spell. A half decent performance should get us 3 points against these though.....famous last words

General sale can never be a bad thing. I go regularly but my brother hasn't been for years. He's got one for tomorrow through general sale whereas normally it would be an empty seat. Who knows, maybe he will get the bug again. Good work ufs and foxes trust.

Me personally.....I prefer the game without VAR. Yes I know it helped us win the cup but even so I'd rather see the game without it. Over the course of a season I'm pretty confident for every dubious penalty or offside against you, there will be the same amount for your team. It evens itself out. At least without it, you can let loose when you score.....if it's in its in. That's it. And let's face it, over the past 130 odd years the game has done ok to become the most popular game on the planet without VAR. I can live with the odd bad reffing decision if it means we keep that passion and avoid the tedious delays. Do away with it. It's been great in the championship without it.

Agree about ufs . To be honest it's on the individual. Me and my daughter buy tickets for the singing section....we sing, we shout, we join in...what more can you do. I can't force the guy next to me to sing, nor can anyone. Atmosphere is part of the reason we go to football but I think some like to be near the singing but don't contribute...that won't work. Back in the day if we wanted to make a noise and be rowdy we headed to pen 2 with a few mates and other like minded individuals. These days with pre booked seats you can't really go as a group and be near each other as there are only pockets of 2 or 3 available and none on the day. There may be people in the singing section who don't contribute but how do you make them? You can't. I don't know what the answer is...I think it's a football wide problem, not just a Leicester problem. The game has been sanitised. That said, UFS are trying and you have to applaud that. No disrespect to L1 but I went to one game there this season and I'm not sure they would add anything to SK1. Most of the lads spent the game looking at away fans, playing at being hooligans and making hand gestures rather than watch the game and there was very little support/noise.

Ive lived in rugby for the past 10 years and I'd say it's probably 70/30 cov/Leicester, Judging by the shirts i see worn and the station on match days. It certainly feels like cov country, unlucky for me.

On a lighter note.....did you see them at the end? It was like they had won champions league. I have no doubt it is the biggest thing in some of their lives 🤣. Also saw a funny Inbetweeners moment at the traffic lights at the retail park. Gang of lads in a car shouting abuse out of window....then got stuck at lights.....they were saved by the police as a mob went toward them. Lesson learnt 🤣

The longer these unbeaten runs go, you know they have to come to an end at some point...just a b1tch it was today. In the big scheme of things, apart from bruised pride, it won't make a huge difference to our season. Nobody ......that's nobody ....can go through a 46 game season without a loss here and there. In fairness city were poor from the off and the cov fans and players were bang up for it from the off. Think the atmosphere and frustration maybe got to fatawu. With 10 men we cannot play our normal game. Look at possession stats.....usually we dominate. 38 % today if memory serves. Onwards and upwards. Not the end of the world. Just a blip.

Listen....do you remember Blackburn in 1991....under dalglish....running away with the old division 2 for months then self destructed almost. Finished 6th if I remember right. Granted they beat us in the play off final but anything can happen. We aren't promoted yet. What happens if we play key players like kdh, mavididi etc in cup games and they get injured? League always has to be the priority. For us this year the cup can be a distraction
