It has massive relevance.... "He played very well yesterday against probably the toughest player you can be up against. Why canβt you acknowledge that?" I am supposed to be a time-traveler that has to know well over a week after I posted it that he was gonna have a decent game against a good winger prior? He's had two good games against Salah in his career, doesn't make him a world beater. He flattered to deceive for Boro last year and definitely looked miles out of his depth for Sheff Utd. Come back to this 6 months into next season and we'll see how good he actually is.

Not actually true btw, expected goals prevented for 22-23 season: 27. Gavin Bazunu - Southampton (-16.6) 26. Illan Meslier - Leeds (-12.4) 25. Mark Travers - Bournemouth (-6.9) 24. Danny Ward - Leicester (-5.5) Meslier is genuinely up there with the worst option we could possibly get.

If he's in for Wolves, he's in for the long run. You either "do a Saints" and get rid as soon as relegation is confirmed or you give him the vote of confidence. -
Did you see when I put that comment? Maybe learn some reading comprehension and get back to me.

What Game Are You Playing At The Moment ?

Glad I'm not on the only one. I've got quite far in on around day 22...or so I thought and then it kind of expanded more and I feel I'm never going to get there again ha! The level of depth in some of the puzzles are great, makes you feel every little detail is going to be a clue to something down the line! -
Lol. Absolutely zero support for Stephy when he gets the ball into their third. Statues the lot of em.

I'd be actually annoyed if we somehow s**thoused a win today. Cause the task is borderline impossible but it just drags it out. Would be typical of these chancers to compound our misery.

Currently obsessed with Blue Prince. Only came out a week ago I think but in terms of a rogue-like puzzle game...its addicting! Very impressed with the depth of it atm. -

Yeah feels like the 17 are locked in for years to come.

Hopefully if we sign him he raises the level and doesn't shrink under pressure.

Certainly felt like there was something deeper there because it felt a bit out of pocket to go in on him that much.

It was specifically about Yoro looking at the linesman for a bail-out rather than playing until the whistle. It's fairly common for players to do that which has been a pet peeve of mine for a long time but did feel like a bit of a witch-hunt for the lad. Definitely Sky trying to get a "clip".

Sorry if this has been mentioned but has anyone actually seen the reason why Kasey has come from obscurity into the first 11 for the first time in months? Just caught a clip on WYS about him saying he's worked hard to get back into the team...but he hasn't been near a squad so that makes zero sense to me. -

I simply can't accept that this Guy thinks some of the youngsters we have "aren't at the level". I think it's clear some are and aren't worse than what we have currently. -
People think he's alright now in comparison to VK but both are dreadful let's be absolutely clear! Don't care he's a youth product, not good enough!
-
Pretty funny but the only player you've mentioned actually got his first break under Ruud at PSV and did fairly well there I believe.

Will Alves - loaned to Cardiff City

This happened a lot in the Championship last season too, allowing Fatawu to have the run of the pitch and it was often palmed off as Stephy having a bad game. Other times it would be Abdul that more men to take on leaving Stephy room to express himself. It worked so well last year! -
Yup and were often labelled as petulant, childlike and just couldn't keep their composure as a group. Those 3 you mentioned never tracked back, so quite a selfish way of playing that won't get you far! I feel the same is happening to Real Madrid. The way Vini Jr handled the Balon D'or snub was downright horrid and Camavinga losing his head last night cause it wasn't going well. Seeing very similar patterns.

I get what you're saying but in this case I think the tie is completely over. This isn't a good Real Madrid side and frankly I found the signing of Mbappe completely egregious. They won the CL without him and now its a too many cooks for me. They also want Zubamendi despite them being completely stacked in that midfield area (to the point that Valverde is playing as a fullback) and also are close to getting Trent. Sometimes getting the "biggest" names isn't the answer. but it's all Real Madrid know.

Look at the points Wolves have accrued btw. Their squad is better than ours and we wouldn't have caught them with Cooper or Ruud so irrelevant really. -

He won't be fully fit again ha! Somehow Enzo managed to work with him and keep him available all season in the hybrid role. Been a fan favourite since he joined, great bloke and it was clear when he came on he was trying to feed Monga to get the crowd up, he gets it for me!
