I think it has to be the case of the board telling Marti that it's promotion or bust for him this season hence why's he's so set on the so-called 'experienced' players. We do have an amazing crop of youngsters coming through the academy and failing to go up this year might be the best possible scenario for them. Marti just isn't willing to take the gamble at this moment in time which is a shame but I do think there is a lot pressure/influence from above.
